The media could not be loaded. I researched Hand strengthening devices for a while before plumping for these. My hands were feeling a bit weak and thought I would introduce these as part of a wider weight and fitness aid. They are absolutely great. I use them when sitting at my desk just when I feel like it, pick them up and do some exercise for a minute or so now and again. These, whilst probably one of the lower priced items work absolutely great and feel robust and strong like they will last a while. I've got quite large hands but they fit me absolutely fine. They look exactly the same in design to many other devices at differing price points that I saw. I've set the dial to 5kg to start with as that's just fine for the moment, Ill work my way up the scale once I get stronger. Certainly recommend these to anyone!

Does the job required, comfortable to use, easily adjustable. Why pay more ?

Easy to use and cheap. Definitely has strengthened my hand since surgery. But do have another one with a counter on it which I prefer as can tell how many times I have successfully gripped it. This one has no counter and you are not sure if it has been gripped sufficiently. Used more to build my strength initially but now use the one with the counter to ensure I maintain my strength and fully grip it close as the number counts the full grip

Used as part of a workout, these are a great price and adjustable to meet needs. Feel pretty sturdy.

Product is well constructed. However, comfort could be improved as it doesn't allow for finger rotation during clench and so will potentially cause rubbing and blisters. Note, this is not a problem with this device from this particular manufacturer, but rather one of design that is applicable to all manufacturers producing the device of this "shape". Aside from that, it works well.

Sturdy, great value for money, will definitely improve my hand strength.Quickly dispatched and delivered.

I paid £3 for this, cannot complain.

I have used this product for a few months now and did enjoy using it. However, when gripping it with the highest weight, part of the handle completely snapped off.
