The media could not be loaded. I bought this unit primarily for my office, but because it is so easy to maneuver, I can use practically anywhere I want. It is solid construction and easy controls. I like how the smart sensors efficiently maintain a comfortable humidity level (which I prefer around 40%) and I especially like how simple the drain system works - whether using the hose or the bucket. It's super easy to setup and use it either way. I use the drain bucket in my office, but the hose works best for me in my camper. I have attached a few pics of how well it fits in a relatively confined space in my office & also attached a short video of how easy it is to empty the drain bucket. ... I was impressed with the quality of this dehumidifier for the price. Excellent choice!

This unit works very quickly to reduce humidity. It will get rid of the musty smell from a damp basement. I did have a problem where the unit quit working, but the customer service has been very helpful in getting a replacement. I like a company that stands behind their products.

We use in our farm shop in a wash bay. It can get pretty moist in there when all the doors are closed. Picked this unit off of Amazon, run it through the night, and we take the humidity out by morning. During our muggy summer months, we keep the doors closed up, and this works fantastic to keep the humidity down and comfortable in there. Had a few questions on the unit, reached out to customer service, and they took care of everything. Its quiet, and easy to move around = very versatile

Purchased this commercial dehumidifier for my garage about a year ago primarily for use in the summer months. A few weeks ago, the machine wouldn’t run – not a power issue but error reading the water capacity. The support team at Yaufey is top notch – responsive, helpful, courteous. It took a few days and a few emails but I never felt like they weren’t going to figure it out with me. Would highly recommend this product based on the support service alone!

The media could not be loaded. It did the job - removes the humidity very well. However, it is not quality. The wheel came broken - that's not a big deal as I asked for a spare part, but still haven't received it. It says continuous drain, however, there were no instructions on how to hook up the hose. After reaching out to the company, it was a simple way, I just didn't know. The function settings button doesn't work - company has not replied. The instructions could be better.

The media could not be loaded. This unit has quality written all it!! The packaging was great. The build is strong and attractive for a commercial unit. It isn't too loud and really pulls the moisture! There is a good manual and intuitive controls. Easy to set up and use. I have been thoroughly impressed with the unit. For the money, you can't go wrong.

Bogus fraud

Unfortunately the drain feature of this device did not work properly, which I didn’t realize until it had time to run for several weeks. At that time, the return window had closed. Amazon had me contact the seller, and Angela from their customer device department was excellent. She went out of her way to ensure that it was handled, and I wish more customer service folks were as good as her.
