This whole review might be TMI, but... I am on blood thinners. Blood thinners= more blood. My period is not only heavy, but due to my endometriosis it sometimes lasts upwards of 3 weeks. These are the only pads I will use. I often bleed too heavy for other pads to absorb quickly enough which leads to leaks. These straight up do no leak. I wear this size all day because of how heavy I bleed, but the material absorbs almost instantly and just feels dry. I just feel more comfortable with the larger surface area for times when the bleeding gets exceptionally heavy. Either way, they work amazingly well and I am grateful to have found them!
