Very Good Quality and Price
Very pleased with the quality of the sofa, loveseat, armchair and ottoman. Looks very attractive with leather-look microfiber upholstery and decorative stud-work. Feels nice and solid when you sit on it and cushions are very comfortable. Shippers kept me informed of my order status and did a great job unboxing the items and bringing them inside the house. Very happy with the purchase.

It looks nice BUT ... BUYER BEWARE!!!
A LOT of hassle and 4 phone calls were involved in this order!I ordered this furniture set and it came in a timely manner (3 weeks) but the love seat was damaged. I called (call # 1) and asked for a replacement and the agent told me she would send another set. I told her I only wanted the love seat. She informed me it only comes as a set and when it came that I could refuse what I didn't want (the couch, chair, and ottoman) and return the defective love seat at that time. The new set came and the delivery company representative (who was very lazy and very unhelpful) informed me there was no "pick up" order for the love seat and I would either have to refuse the whole order or keep all of it. So now I have a garage full of furniture (yes it was full; our garage is small) I don't want or need. Another call (#2) to customer service. Just let me say here that I am not getting American agents and this irritates me to no end. No racial bias here but please use someone who has a dedicated work space without the disruption of children in the background!!! Ugh! I can't understand them and now I can't hear them?!? Just another frustration. This time, CS (customer service) sends another company for the pickup. I am available all day on the scheduled pick up day and NOTHING; no pick up, no phone call, not a thing!! So I wait a few days (approximately 10 days and I finally have to place another call (#3). The pick up finally happens (different company but I wouldn't trust these guys to move a roll of toilet paper without damaging it!). They take the old stuff and the damaged love seat. So now I'm thinking everything is settled until I see another charge from Amazon for an additional $2600!!! Another call (#4) and the agent tells me that the furniture has been received on their end but not "checked in". She states that I will have a refund in my account in 7 - 10 business days. WHAT?!? When I ordered it, they (Amazon and the furniture company got their money immediately but now I have to wait 7 - 10 business days!! This whole business has me quite put out (putting it way too mildly) and I will never order this kind of thing again!!! And I'm seriously considering canceling my Prime membership over it. THIS ONE IS ANOTHER FAIL ON AMAZON'S PART! I know they used third parties and you can't control what they will or will not do but this should have never been allowed to happen and the vetting process was totally ignored and/or not done!! Yes, I'm angry but above all I don't want this to happen to anyone else!

Great for our cabin
Great for our cabin. Looks great and high quality. Comfortable to lounge in. Packaging and delivery was solid...everything came protected and scratch free. Expect to have lots of cardboard to dispose of when you are done up wrapping!

Only had furniture one month and already unraveled at the seam.
I like the looks of the furniture but is poorly made. The tapestry material has been unraveling and has made a hole in the seam. It keeps running and they won’t exchange my couch for another one, even though it’s only been one month. We spent over $3,100.00 on the set and can’t believe they won’t even exchange it. Very disappointed!

Furniture cushions are firm which I like, you don't sink down into the couch or chair. Looks great we'll see how it wears as I've only owned a few days.

Update:. Quality issues
Very attractive and well built furniture.Update after owning for 9 months. Still looks good the frame is still sturdy but the stitching is coming out of the seams mostly where they used tapestry fabric and sewed it together it doesn't stay soon I've had to repair several seams already. I wonder if there's some kind of a warranty to cover this. If anyone knows please let me know! Thank you!
