This item allows me to clean kitchen and bathroom areas thoroughly and easily. Lightweight, easy to use and store. Reusable and washable pads with no need for chemicals make this a good environmental choice.

Ordered to replace old Shark, much better product and easier to assemble and store. Lots of tools, although some brushes very small. Having said that Grout cleaning brush particularly effective but may have to order a spare since we have used it so often. Mop heads attach with velcro and can be removed and washed easily. Mop picks up dirt from tiles floor very well. Only real criticism is that on max steam it is very loud when using hand held wand and wand gets hot. Although light weight it appears well made and robust. Electrical flex long enough to reach across an average sized room. Would be nich if it came with a bag to store all the bits but otherwise very happy.

I'm very impressed, the steam is very powerful especially when you turn it to the hand held portable device. It's quite loud though due to the pressure,when it's used as upright it's very quiet.I did my living room carpet, this morning it looks almost new again, fantastic job. I also did the kitchen floor and as expected looks lovely and clean. I tried the glass cleaner attachment to clean one window, and wow its so clean, almost can't see the glass now. Lastly I gave my old recycling chair a go with the brush attachment and it's done a great job.Overall I'm really pleased with this powerful steam cleaner , I'm glad I got it on offer but I'd still recommend it at the full price.

The best aspect of this cleaner is the weight, it's incredibly light and easy to use. I like the fact that you can use normal tap water, although I mix it with deionised water as well. It streams quickly and the shape allows it to get into corners well. I don't have incredibly dirty floors so can't comment on really tough stains, but it leaves them clean. I'm very pleased with its performance a month in, so recommend this product.

excellent product works very well

Used it on my kitchen floor and it struggled to get tea/ coffee stains from today off! So far not too impressive. Very easy to use and attach parts, hoping that the handheld part is better

Really pleased with this mop ( so much better than the Karcher mop I have and it cost less and does more) .. It is so flexible. Have cleaned the UPVC window frames, the bathroom grout , the backs of the radiators and also my laminate floors. Would definably recommend it.

I ordered the Politecnico SV460 as it got a Which Best Buy. When it arrived I thought it felt a little flimsy but it is actually quite sturdy. It is easy to use, lightweight and works very well. We have used it on the tiled floors, on a painted wall and on the tiles in the shower. Both upright and as a hand steamer. It is so easy to use. I borrowed a friends Vax steamer which I found fiddly to use so was very pleased when I used the Polti. I bought the accessory which you can use on wall tiles etc and that works well too. Yes, I would recommend the steam cleaner.
