Aramco Double Tea Kettle, 0.8/3L, Stainless Steel

I have been dying to try Turkish tea ever since I stumbled across a Turkish tv show. This tea pot worked perfectly for making that happen. I don’t imagine it will last for many years since the metal is thin and has a flimsy quality to it. However, for the price I paid, I am very happy. It will last long enough for me to get my money’s worth before I upgrade to a nicer set.

This is just what I wanted, it is sturdy and so pretty sitting on my island and very useful for anything, romain noodles or noodles stored in fridge for another meal.

I was delighted to find this set at such a good price. I should have known better! I open the package as soon as it was delivered (which was genie speed. Thanks, Amazon Prime!), rinsed the lower kettle, fill it up with filtered water and proceeded to boil. Notice rust residue on first boil so empty it out and open lid to check inside. There were 3 rust spots in the base - already? - on the first use!Another minus is that the tea strainer in the top kettle is a white metal - most likely aluminum - not stainless - so avoid if you don't want aluminum.Back to my search for a decent tea kettle.

not highest quality, but very good value for money.

Great for the price. I was hoping to get into making Turkish tea, but didn’t want to spend too much on a Turkish tea kettle. This one does the job just fine. Nothing too fancy.

Got this to relive my Turkish tea memories, but it fell short.• Material: Too thin, makes noise while boiling.• Functionality: Overcooks tea leaves in the top pot.• Durability: Turned yellow after just a few weeks.Might work for other types of tea, but not ideal for authentic Turkish black tea. Switched to something better.

The best value around for a set, arrived fast and it’s good quality as well.
