It was a long, hard struggle settling on a sheet pan for my (smallish) oven. I wanted two that could fit side-by-side for a reasonable price and I wanted a silicone mat to go along with them. This pan has a nice feel in the hands, heavy enough to feel like good quality but light enough to maneuver easily.The most important thing is that we have experienced absolutely NO snapping or warping in the oven, despite using them up to 425F and on broil. I was somewhat surprised but so pleased that these do not warp at all, which keep splatters and messes to a minimum. We've used them almost daily for a few weeks and they aren't showing any signs of wear at all.We always use a silicone mat or parchment paper, but the residual bits of food wipe right off the rims of the pan and I imagine, although it's not coated, this pan would be relatively easy to clean anyway. I am not big on aluminum cookware (prefer nonstick), but these will serve us very well.

I was so excited to get this pan. It is the heavy-weight perfect size for my counter-top oven. The rounded edges help to provide the stability to avoid the pan warping. Only problem ... it was not adequately padded for shipping, sent in lightly padded envelope. As a result, there's a "ding" right in the middle of the pan! This makes the bottom of the pan a bit uneven. I hope in future, this size and type of pan will be sent in a box or more adequately padded. Disappointed in that. I can see it would be a perfect purchase otherwise!NOTE: Pictures are hard to see because of the glare. But you can see that the ding is in the center of the pan - most vulnerable to shipping damage.

Great pan for baking and cooking

Fits perfectly in my oven, great quality, sturdy. I put parchment paper on it and use it to roast vegetables. For those complaining of discoloring/tarnish/residue - you're not supposed to put aluminum in the dishwasher, silly gooses. Wash before use, as the product says to. It did arrive with a dent on the side from shipping, but I don't mind. Doesn't affect its use. I tried a few other pans before this one and returned them. Happy with this purchase.

I got this to make cookies for Christmas and I love it. It is easy to clean and does well for baking the cookies without them sticking.

Well made, lovely bake. Great for 1 person kitchen.
