Paw Patrol Action Pack Pups 3pk Figure Set Marshall, Skye, Rubble

These were the first Paw Patrol toys my kids received (though since then we've added many, many more!) They're still some of the favorites and are played with as much as anything. They're small, about 2 inches long. Each pup has a button on their pup tag on their chest which, when pushed, activates the pup pack on their back. For example, when you push Rubble's pup tag his shovel pops our of his backpack. It doesn't really do anything after it's out, but you can push it back in and then release it over and over again. We've had these for several months, and the buttons have been pushed a zillion times each and they still work as well as they did when they were new.The colors of the pups are vibrant and the detail and likeness is pretty impressive for such a small toy. They look exactly like the pups on the cartoon.Each pup also comes with a larger pup tag which can be worn on a shirt. It works like a pin, but it's all plastic with no sharp parts (no poking hazard for the little ones). You simply put the pup tag on the front of your shirt, and there's a corresponding silver ring that attaches through the clothing and anchors it in place. It wouldn't work through a jacket or a sweatshirt, but works easily through a t-shirt. I don't think there are any instructions about this in the package, so hopefully this is helpful when you receive these extra pup tags.Overall this was a great toy and both of my kids have played with these at length. We even used them as decoration on a Paw Patrol birthday cake!

This series of Paw Patrol figures are hard to find. It is expensive, due to this. Figures have pop up tools that are fun for little ones to play with. I’d suggest it is most suitable for children older than 3 years. Otherwise it is difficult for little children to manipulate the tools on the figures.

I bought these as a gift for my daughter and she went NUTS for these! She's almost 3 so the figures are about hand size to her so they're easy to grab. The one thing that kind of sucks about them is that they break easy if you accidently step on them. Each figure has a dog tag that when pressed pops out something different for each dog. For example, the yellow and brown dog (Rubble)has a scooping arm pop out. These are really great and worth the money to a big Paw Patrol fan. I would hands down buy these again!

My kid loves these toys. Naturally he plays them to death and they don't last too long (our poor first Zuma lasted less than a year last time before one of his jets came off), and I noticed the paint tends to rub off over time faster than many other plastic toys. Of course the last point is moot to a 4 year old but nonetheless!What I didn't like about this batch compared to our last is the latches for their pup pack mechanisms are far less secure than they were before. Maybe I just got a less superior run of pups but it was pretty disappointing and a little frustrating for my little guy that they kept popping open with the littlest tap, often nowhere near the button.Take the advice of a four year old and definitely get the pup pack dogs over (or in addition to) the vehicles. The sitting dogs included in those vehicle sets are of absolutely zero interest even when he lost his pup pack dogs for a while.

My (soon to be) three year old little girl LOVES Paw Patrol, so when I saw these on sale, I knew I had to get them for her, for Christmas. I also ordered and received the Action Pack with Chase, Zuma, and Rocky. I got these because they're small enough to play with, with the Paw Patrol Hq Playset she will receive for Christmas, too. I can't wait to give these gifts to her. I just know she will love them!They came in a cute little box, packaged separately and wrapped in cardboard to prevent the toys from hitting one another. I can't say much about the durability, but when I opened them for inspection, they were in good shape and seems like they will withstand my girl.Once we've played with them a bit, if I feel that I need to edit my review, I will do so.

My son loves his action pack pups. So far (3 months), they've handled his rough play really well, haven't broken apart or failed to engage when the pup's button is pressed. They are easy to use; simply press the pup's badge as a button and the action pack springs out. They have to be hooked back in to reset them, but it's not tricky for an adult, may be tricky for a younger child. The action packs look like they won't go back into position for that long, but 3 months is pretty good at this point. I would definitely keep these away from young (under 2) children, if the pieces did break off the action packs, they would be choking hazards.

my kids love these toys and they seem to be holding up against the wear and tear of two very rough boys. a few pieces have snapped off but they snap right back onto place and work fine. These are good toys. The sky here is better than the sky that you buy by herself, in that she looks better and cleaner. And the firefighter marshal has a lot more detail than his single sold counter part.

I bought this pack and another set for my nephew for Christmas. He just turned 3 the other day. He loved these action pack pups. There is a button you push and their super hero power is activated. It melted my heart when he came to hug me goodnight after receiving these and had one in each hand to take to bed with him. If you have little ones in your life that love Paw Patrol - you need to buy these. Can't beat the price and quality.
