We received the product and were initially confused by the sizing. It’s advertised as 8.5 x 12", but in reality, the envelopes are only 8.5 x 11". The manufacturer included the flap in the measurement, which is unusual — and this detail was only visible in one of the product images. Everywhere else it says 8.5 x 12". We contacted the seller right away. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. They responded promptly, updated the product title and description to make things clearer for future customers, and were very focused on finding a good solution. Communication was quick and straightforward. As for the envelopes themselves: they appear well-made and the black color looks nice. The bubble padding could be a bit thicker, but for our purposes, it's totally fine.

I use these to ship my Poshmark and Depop sales. I like that they have a bubble interior and the adhesive to close them is very strong. They’re good for thin lightweight things, but the bubble part is not super thick . They feel pretty good quality though.
