Does not keep beer, water, soda cold, says it's 37 and will not lower but not very cold. The shelves are not adjustable, they just come out if you need more room but you lose shelf space. Each shelf will barely fit beet, sodas if you wedge between shelves. Horrible but I was moving to New house and once I opened was too late to return. Don't buy unless you want warm drinks and 1/2 the advertise space. *** J U N K ***

This worked great for 3 years, the unit began to only cool to 45 degrees. New Air support advised it was a temperature sensor, they sold me one for $30. Unfortunately that did not work, the new diagnosis is a bad compressor which New Air indicates is not serviceable and replacement of the unit is required. Expensive unit for such a short life span, a nice gesture would be to refund the $30 in un necessary parts that were sold to me. Its a shame to throw such nice equipment in the landfill so soon. Just keep in mind that a more expensive unit with a longer life span may save more in the long run. They may also be repairable versus having to replace the entire unit.

I bought this sight and sound unseen, and it more than met my expectations on both counts. Very attractive, and extremely quiet. The temperature gauge is digital, easy to read, and the up and down controls are also easy to use. The direction manual that comes with the unit is not the greatest. It doesn't explain the various accessories that come with the unit, or really explain much of anything. Two keys are provided, as well as what you need to switch the door to open to the other side. Very nice! The storage space is amazing. I have large and small bottles of wine and champagne, and bottles and cans of all sorts of soft drinks and waters. It holds a ton! Watch for sales of this unit. I caught a price hundreds of dollars less than the retail price in May '22. I don't know why it was reduced and feel very lucky because it's really worth the full price. When I went on Amazon to write a review, I noticed the price was more than $300 more than I just paid for it. The only warning on this unit. It is several inches shorter than the u-line and subzero undercounter units I used to have in this space. As you can see from the second photo, I had to put a piece of its styrofoam packing material underneath the fridge until I can have a base made so there's not a big gap between the top and the counter. Given that the interior space is still very capacious, I'm not bothered by the fact that the unit is shorter, but I'd advise you to double-check your space and be prepared for this if you're replacing another undercounter fridge.

I’ve been running this cooler for just over 3 months and believe this product is a very solid value. All the negative reviews concerned me a bit so I also added SquareTrade Warranty. Overall cost with added warranty is still considerably less than competing products on Amazon and other marketplaces. Primarily used for beer, soda, & sparkling water I’ve been very happy so far. Temp does fluctuate but beverages stay nice and cool so I can only presume that’s by design. Things are coldest towards the top, so temp isn’t perfectly distributed but items on the bottom do stay cool. Only reason I didn’t go 5 stars is the shelves can bow if overloaded. Doesn’t appear to be a risk of breaking or anything but it’s cosmetic and I do notice. Overall, it has a premium look and it cools well. I do not regret this choice.

Surprisingly good quality for an “off-brand” and low price. Name brands are two to 3 times this price. It came with plenty of metal pull out shelves- I put 3 away since I don’t need them. It keeps the temperature consistent, the light can be turned off if wanted and it’s quiet. I’ve had beverage fridges that kick on and off as it regulates and hum so loud I had to get rid of them. This is in our rec room near the TV so it’s important that we don’t hear it. Lately it has a constant hum with a slight rattle, seems like maybe that’s not normal, but it’s still quiet. I’ll keep an eye on that and return it if it keeps up. Overall it’s a good looking fridge, fits like it should, keeps drinks cold and holds plenty of drinks.

Love this fridge, had it for over a year no leaks or condensation, great quality, noise level extremely low, great price and a conversation starter for sure.

I never leave reviews but after spending this amount of money on a beverage cooler and having the experience I had; I had to warn other consumers. On month 13 of owning this fridge the temperature control failed and the cooler was a constant 67 degrees despite running all the time. When I reached out to customer service they agreed to send me a new seal free of charge claiming that was the first step in trying to remedy the issue. After two weeks waiting for the seal it arrived and I promptly installed it. That didn’t fix the issue and the fridge continued to trend at 67 degrees. When I called back the customer service agent said it must be a failed compressor and they wouldn’t honor the warranty since it had been 13 months. I protested and begged for them to honor the warranty given the price I paid, the close time period to the warranty and that I followed their instructions to replace the seal. They refused but politely offered me a 40% coupon to buy a replacement from them. I found that laughable and asked to be escalated to a supervisor who ultimately told me the same thing. After that I was disgusted and called several repair companies in my area to no avail as no one was willing to work on a Newair product. Finally on the 6th company I got someone to come out and they deemed the issue to be a leak in one of the hoses internal to the unit. The estimate to repair was over $1,000 so they advised me to just cut my loss and buy a new unit which I plan to do but it won’t be from Newair! Buyer beware!

I’m in love! I love the 2 mode blue light setting. I’m using it for my 24” microwave stand/beverage cooler. It’s perfect! It’s the same black stainless steel as my microwave. It seems to be quickly keeping temperature. I’m very happy with this. Like I said, I only needed a microwave stand, so it’s a win win.

I never write reviews but I am today to express my frustration with regard to this product. I see it’s no longer available and other people had similar experiences so I can only assume multiple faulty units mean they are no longer selling. After 8 months (probably longer) it no longer kept anything cold. It read 20 degrees Celsius. I called Newair who said I could either pay to have a temperature sensor shipped or a replacement item shipped. The quoted shipping costs were approx. 60$ CAD for the sensor or 1000$ CAD for a replacement fridge. I paid to have a temperature sensor shipped and when I installed lo and behold it doesn’t work. I called and they said the fridge would need to be replaced and quoted me 1000$ CAD for shipping. So I now have a nice looking box storing lukewarm beer. The whole experience was such a waste of time and money. Don’t waste your money on this bogus company.
