If I could give a lower star I would. This company is HORRIBLE! Received the order and was excited so I immediately opened it. They are funky tasting and leave a horrible filmy feeling in your mouth. They make my husband sick. So I contacted the seller. I know they are food and they only give refunds on unopened food items but common sense tells you - how do you know if something is wrong with the item unless you opened it? I reached out to Amazon and they asked them to do a one time refund. The seller responded to me and Amazon - we use top quality ingredients and it's the buyers opinion about the product - we don't do refunds. You can buy this if you want to but highly recommend you find another company. This one is the WORST!

It had seeds and tasted waxy, to me.

Do not buy
Don't waste your money. The raisins were stale, and the yogurt left a film on my teeth and the roof of my mouth. In fact, when I brushed my teeth, it was more like a wax buildup. I will never buy these again. Not to mention that they arrived 3 weeks late.
