Lens and Lens holder is not included
This is only the surrounding plate. The holder to support the lens is not included. You need to use your old one. Which can be a problem as it was done us as our old holder had turned to a yucky yellow. But this bright white plate works well.

My son searched the Model # before ordering. He found it and ordered the item. When received it didn’t fit. I now have my bathroom fan and light exposed. Not satisfied

Lots of reviews of people that seem to go off the photo. There’s a few models that look similar but make sure you check before ordering! This was a perfect replacement for my cracked one. The review asked to rate the noise though - I’m pretty sure plastic makes no noise - haha!

i was expecting that the cover over the light would be included but its not. so the priced i paid one would thing that its a complete set. so buyer beware.
