Apple 2021 12.9-inch iPad Pro (Wi‐Fi, 1TB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I was hesitant, but it is so hard to find an M1 iPad elsewhere without an inherent risk, so I took a chance here as I figured my odds of remediation were greater than, let's say a private listing. Major resellers of used Apple products do not seem to get these often, and if they do, they seem to be the first to go because i would not see them, and I checked these sellers a few times per week. I believe the M1 IPads are popular because they are still a great tablet for nearly half of what they cost when they were new. It did take a few weeks to get, but it was clearly communicated on the listing and at the time of purchase. It actually came a few days earlier than the projected delivery date of 9/5/25. Well, I say it was well worth the wait as this renewed product exceeds my expectations. It came well packaged in a generic box seemingly designed to transport tablets. The iPad itself was also encased in a thin plastic material that was made specifically for the iPad, so it had this professional, "new" factory look. It is assumed this material protected against scratches during handling and shipping. Upon peeling away the plasting material, there were a couple of small spots where it appears adhesive remained from stickers and photo lens protectors. It was minimal, but I noticed it as I carefully inspected the product for quality. The adhesive was easily wiped away with a little Windex window cleaner. The tablet looks brand new. There are no discernable scratches on the case or the screen, no dents, or other markings for that matter. The battery only had 1% life left, so I had to plug it in using the included 3' USB-C to USB-C cable. I let it charge overnight and set it up the following day. No problems. It looks and works like new. Great battery life too. I am not sure anyone really used it, that is how good it looks and operates. Definitely very, very pleased. Thank you!

To say I am impressed is an understatement! When ordering this, I was ready to take a gamble with quality in order to save a couple hundred bucks. When it came in the mail I was completely shocked, as this thing looks and operates like a brand new iPad! No dents or visible scratches that I am able to detect, and runs so smooth. It came dead, but charged up in no time. This thing is also a monster in size! I finally caved and upgraded from a iPad Air 2, and I've never looked back. The FaceID is so refreshing to have and fast to use, and the chip is better than any iPad I've tried before. I can run multiple applications at once and not have to worry about it crashing or overheating. They shipped it out with 88% battery capacity which is more than enough for me to use on a daily basis. It is also so thin and light! When looking at the listing pictures I was a little worried about it being too heavy or bulky to bring around with me, but my worries were quickly dispelled. It is very thin (as seen in the pictures) and portable. The speakers are also great, having a large range between quiet and loud. I could not rave enough about this iPad, and will continue to update my review as I further use it. *READ BEFORE PURCHASING!!* Look at seller reviews!! If you're on a computer, it is under the price and shipping details, not sure about mobile devices, though. I almost placed an order with a company that had 50% positive reviews in the past 12 months!! Not what I wanted. Spending as much money as I did, I wanted to have the piece of mind that other people were satisfied with the store that is fulfilling my order, so I went through the different stores and sellers and got to choose one with a whopping 95% positive reviews in the past 12 months. Overall could not be happier with my purchase and I'm looking forward to using this for years to come!

I'm someone with a very technical background, probably Amazon's and their 3rd party reseller's worst nightmare. I wanted to save some cash by buying renewed and I'll never make that mistake again. It's hard to even know where to begin. Upon first opening the box there were 3 red flags: 1. It comes with a cheap, unofficial usb-c cord and charging brick. Not that big of a deal but not a great start. 2. The top layer anodized aluminum coating on the back was clearly worn down and very visible from more than a foot away. It looked like it got some heavy use, at best. 3. The tablet comes shipped with a screen protecter applied. While the average person might think this is a bonus, this immediately made me suspicious, like they were trying to hide something. So I whipped out my phone, turned on the flashlight, and aimed it at the glass. The strong focused light allows you to see any and all scratches even if a screen protector is applied and my goodness, there were SO MANY scratches underneath, ranging from minor micro scratches to full on deep scratches. Some deep scratches were so bad that you could see them without the flashlight. If they were confident about the condition of the glass, they wouldn't have tried covering it with a screen protector. I tried to measure the battery health by using iMazing software to look at the battery cycles, but the cheap usb-c cord that came packaged wouldn't allow me to see any battery info. In fact, even trying to look at the battery info via wifi didn't work, making me even more hesitant on keeping this. Out of all the apple products I've owned, I've always been able to see the battery health through the iMazing software, even older iPads. But not this one! Based on my experience, there are just too many compromises buying an iPad through their "renewed" program. I mean come on, I paid $840 for this thing! For that price there better be minimal amount of wear on it, to the point that you don't notice it. If I just spent the extra $160 and didn't cheap out, I could have gotten one brand new. Very disappointed, shame on Amazon and their "authorized" 3rd party resellers. They just bought a used iPad for cheap, wiped it down with isopropyl, slapped a screen protecter on and called it renewed. You're better off buying a lightly used one elsewhere that shows pictures of the device and gives a description of the exact unit you're buying. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for $840, it shouldn't come down to luck.

This 2021 IPad Pro 12.9” not only have 512 GB of memory amongst other things. It is in manufacturer’s excellent condition in appearance. It loads everything fast. The picture or video quality looks as if you can touch it! The picture and screen quality are unmatched. I have a 2017 IPad Pro 12.9” that was purchased brand new. I only replaced it because the battery started to run down faster than I liked. I replaced it with this Refurbished one. I have no regrets. It looks like I just paid another $1,400 for this one. Everything you need is all in one place and it’s easy to use right out of the box. I absolutely loved it. I had already purchased a 2 meter (6 foot) cloth (C) cord from Apple for my MacBook Pro but didn’t use it so I replaced the generic cord that was sent. I also had a 20 w charging block here so I used it as well. It makes a world of a difference if you use Apple products on it. Nobody will ever know this iPad was refurbished! I don’t know if it is worth buying new again! I saved over $800 from what I paid for my last one. I highly recommend this seller because you are getting a top notch, new looking and functioning iPad for pennies. I haven’t timed how long the battery life will last but I know it always does well by me if I am on it for hours! Don’t hesitate in buying!

I enjoy the large screen and excellent display; it pairs well with the folio and Magic Keyboard for home use that is very versatile. I have a smaller air but much prefer this for home viewing of photos and videos and social media consumption.

Got exactly what I ordered. Not a single scratch or blemish. No weird smells, screen works and as beautiful as you’d expect. Speakers sound terrific, no damage there. No sticky buttons or a loose charger port. Battery life is pretty mid so far but it’s most likely due to the OS indexing since I’m installing basically everything from scratch. When I received the package it was in a thin cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap. Just with the charger and a little paper with instructions along with it. The only bad thing I have to say is that the charger is a little suspect. It’s cheap feeling and looks cheap. It didn’t work at all even from multiple outlets. Probably a good thing, I wouldn’t trust such a cheap charger to not burn down my home anyway. If you don’t have any type C chargers somehow go order one along with this iPad.

Came in really good physical condition with no real blemishes or scratches on the body or screen. Surprisingly good for only ~$600. The only con was the battery health was 77% which is lower than the guaranteed minimum for excellent condition of 80%.
