EXCELLENT!!
Clean Ears by Naveh cleared up the wax and restored my hearing with the first application! Saved me a trip to the doctor to clean out the wax.I tried another product which made my hearing loss worse. So glad to have tried Clean Ears! I highly recommend this product. Clean Ears has a very pleasant smell and is easy to use.

I think it's working. I don't know for sure as it's hard to see in my ears. It's easy to use and works better than Debrox.

Softened My Earwax Perfectly
Review Entry 002Honestly, I’ve been neglecting my ears for quite a while now. I haven’t been cleaning them the correct way for so long ie. using cotton swabs. I used both this and a syringe for removing ear wax and I must say, 3 days after receiving them, clogged ear of 2 years has finally come to an end. I was ecstatic when I was able to hear the air coming out of the vents, my earwax got very, VERY soft after using this for 3 days. I wouldn’t say I’m a professional, by no means am I, but I feel like anyone can use this product whether you have regular wax buildup maintaining or a severely clogged ear you cannot hear out of.Routine- Lay on my side- Spray 3 times in right (most clogged ear)- Wait 20-30 minutes long (or however long my youtube video lasted if over 30 minutes)- Waltz over to my bathroom and lift my head, using toilet paper to soak up falling oil- Run warm water and fill Medi Grade wax removal syringe- Inject the warm water into my ear 3-5 times- Go back to bed and lay on other side- Spray left ear (least clogged ear) 2-3 times- Wait 10-15 minutes long (or however long my youtube video lasted if over 15 minutes)- Waltz over to my bathroom and lift my head, using toilet paper to soak up falling oil- Run warm water and fill Medi Grade wax removal syringe- Inject the warm water into my ear 3-5 times- Repeat everything 3 times a day

Made things worse
My doctor said I had wax build-up in one of my ears. I've been using ear wax removal candles effectively for several years now to remove wax build-up, but I saw this product and thought I'd try it instead since it's simpler to use and had so many great reviews.After a week of using this product twice a day, my ear now constantly feels stopped up, like it's full of fluid. It's the uncomfortable feeling you have after swimming when there's water in your ear canal. So this product has actually made things worse for me. I never felt like my ear was stopped up when I had wax build-up. This product was a total waste of money, and I'm going back to the ear wax removal candles I used before (which can be ordered from Amazon as well).Added note: A few days after writing this review, my ear no longer felt unplugged, but it had been very uncomfortable for days, with my ear not only feeling full of liquid, but also with my hearing being impaired. Although some wax did come out then, it was a long, drawn-out, unpleasant process. Perhaps this product works best for maintenance or cleaning just light wax build-up.
