The rubber one is great for dog hair but it's really time consuming. You'd be better off with a sticky lint roller. The gold comb one works great on most materials but be careful as it can also ruin delicate material. Works great on couches and sweaters but with definitely ruin bed sheets and t shirts

This instrument works great on some furniture, but not all, and u can't use it on clothes hardly at all.

It works well but some of the teeth snag and pull threads in material so you have to be careful and pull slowly and evenly.Helped reduce a multitude of hair from our two cats.Overall, satisfied.

Used it to clean up my cat's tree as well as the carpet and rugs...and it worked amazingly well !! It is a bit too abrasive to work on softer materials such as clothing, as per the instructions, so people leaving 1 star reviews because their wool sweaters came apart clearly did not read the instructions. FYI, it does come with a third soft silicone brush which I used to brush my cat...and holy moly I was able to catch a lot more of his shredded fur. So this is definitely a keeper for me !!

This can not be used on certain fabrics ir they will snag

No matter how careful I am with the metal one, it rips, snags and pulls everything I have tried it on. It's pretty worthless. The plastic one does get some hair out, but I really bought this because of the videos I had seen of the metal piece. Kinda disappointed. I want to keep the plastic one, but I would not have paid this much money for just that piece.

This works amazing! I have two short hair dogs and a thick fleece blanket on my bed. This is just a corner of the blanket done in the photo. That of which didnt look like it had that much hair on it when i started using this and has been washed recently. When the whole blanket was done it looked like new!

We have a wee dog that she’d like a big dog and this product works great on our couch. The only issue is once all the hair is scraped to one area the appliance doesn’t make it that easy to collect, other than that good product.

This works great on carpet and stairs but I would not recommend it for fabrics or upholstery.It is in my opinion to use it for rugs and carpets only. Very hard on anything else.Woods wonderful on carpets.
