These capsules offer the highest dose of ashwagandha that I have found. I take it for its adaptogen properties and to primarily assist with the symptoms of anxiety and OCD from which I've suffered since childhood. Whereas there is no supplement that will ever eradicate these hideous mental health issues, I am convinced they help immensely as this is as manageable as my conditions have ever been.They're very well priced too, which helps when, like me, one takes lots of supplements and predominately eats a wholefood diet, as good quality food though worth every penny, is not cheap- as we all know.I highly recommend and hope amazon continue to sell them.

Within 4 days of using this product I was able to feel its effects on reducing stress. I had troubling sleeping prior to using these supplements, but now I'm able to sleep more after taking these daily. I am looking forward to veing able to see the results after a longer period of time. Luckily one bottle gives you supply worth 3 months as it states on the bottle, which is plenty and excellent value.The pills are slightly large so they may be difficult to swallow if you aren't able to take large pills. However, it wasn't an issue for me. I took them after a meal, usually in the afternoon or at evening. They do state they are food supplements, I have been regularly eating at the moment, but they would be helpful when I can't.Overall great product, would recommend.

Great product, I’ve felt amazing since I’ve started taking these:Anti stress, anti anxiety, definitely naturally improved mood- HOWEVER after looking into the company, there are no details on company’s house for Londons life sciences, they’re not listed as a subsidiary of DropNet LTD (on DropNets website) as the bottle says, and I can’t find any details on the company or it’s reputability anywhere, so I have unfortunately had to look to other brands,The capsules are also misleading, capsules are 1000mg not 2000mg, it says 2000mg per serving (2 capsules) which I find very misleadingPersonally recommend always sourcing herbal medicines from known, established and safe vendors (when you know who they are)
