Perfect for beginners
This workout thread band is super useful for home workouts. It’s strong, stretchable, and doesn't slip during exercises. Great for resistance training, toning, and flexibility. Lightweight and easy to use perfect for beginners and regular fitness lovers both!

Short life. No durability.
The quality is not great. While exercising it tore up along length and snapped into two pieces. Within a month, this should not have happened. Compared to what I was using at my physio’s clinic for 2+ months, this lacks durability.

The media could not be loaded. I appreciate the band's durability, comfort, and effectiveness in workouts. Perfect for yoga, Pilates, fitness workouts, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and stretching. Simple to use. Material is so good. Affordable price. Fully satisfied with this wonderful product. Highly recommended.

Not too good quality wise.
Went well for 3 months then broke in half. Now I am exercising with another half. It's ok and not too good quality wise.
