My goats won't touch it.
I have been doing the mineral buffet but they haven't leveled out like I thought they would and it is costing a lot of money. So I invested in this thinking it would save me money even though it is quite pricey! It doesn't save any because it smells rancid and my goats will not touch it. If you are thinking they must not need the minerals that may not be the case. I bought a different brand and they were eating it like it was going out of style. Which tells me they do need the minerals it is just this brand smells so bad they will not eat it. A total waste of $17.99, which now is on sale for $3 cheaper than what I paid a few days ago!

Great stuff
Goats love it. My sheep do eat a little but I am not too worried because I have only seen them take one lick at a time and my pasture is very depleted and still recovering from a bad drought year. I figure they need the other minerals too and none of my animals like the normal loose minerals.My girls were starting to show a little deficiency with dull coats. I added this stuff free choice along with kelp and baking soda and they are already showing signs of recovery.It is a small bag but goes a long way.
