It’s a poorly built product. Doesn’t serve its purpose at all. This my first ever negative feedback on Amazon.I’d put in a return request the day we received the product. Being a “third party” product, the seller expect us to pay for shipping and then refund the money upon receiving the product. It’s a hassle. Then, I called Amazon to see if they could pick it up themselves. Three calls and they flatly refused to pick it up.Be aware of this before placing your order. It’s not worth of your time and money.Not only this seller but it exposes the weak link in Amazon service about third party.I am donating this product to our domestic help, she’s most likely to refuse to take it away.
