AC Infinity CLOUDPLATE T6, Rack Mount Fan 1U, Front Exhaust Airflow, for cooling AV, Home Theater, Network 19” Racks

I rack mounted this in my 24u enclosed cabinet for my AV receiver and it works very well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good cooling solution with a lot of headroom. I have never had to go above fan setting 3 of 6, because it cools it very well. The controls could be a bit more intuitive but this product is for the enthusiast or professional so that is to be expected. I would not have this somewhere were there is not a physical barrier between you and the rack. Mostly because of the noise, as this was something I was concerned about. If I keep the door open I can hear the fans but it's very low, once I close the door you can't hear anything. Pros: Relatively quiet Aesthetically pleasing Temperature sensor is accurate Fans have good static pressure Cons: Controls can be a bit confusing to the average user

I purchased this unit to fit in the rack space directly over my new Denon AVR (which tends to run very warm). This unit effectively pulls in cool air through the bottom and sides of the AVR and blows it out the front of the rack. One of the best features of this product is the flexibility of programming in how I want the fans to run, and at what temperature threshold I want them to turn on/off. I have purchased other AC Infinity fans in the past for different applications and I'm very familiar with the quality of products this company produces. I would recommend this product or any other AC Infinity product to anyone. These are quality products and a great value for the money.

Got to be honest here; beautiful product. Love the sensor and features/settings, but fans are not powerful enough. At least not for my application. This would not even touch the temps in my rack I added a six array fan set and a two array fan set and my temps dropped by 15 degrees when this beautiful looking equipment would not reduce temps at all. So rather expensive for really not much return on value here.

No noise with two of these running and keeps the rack cool. No complaints with quality and easy to set up.

I'm so glad I purchased this when it first came out. The price was a bit lower than it is, as of writing this. The fan has one of the cleanest design that is available in the market today and one of the easiest to use. The whole system is still worth it because of the benefit it brings to the server rack as a whole. The heat that accumulates inside can get exponentially hotter if you don't circulate the hot air out. This is critical to prolonging the life of your equipment. and servers. A great find and a good buy.
