I've been using the Lifeline LB-311 gym bench for a while now and I’m really happy with it. The build quality is solid and it feels very stable during workouts. The padding is comfortable and the material doesn’t get slippery with sweat, which is great. I use it mainly for incline and flat bench exercises, and the multiple adjustment levels make it very versatile. It was easy to assemble and everything needed was included in the box. The bench looks good too and doesn’t take up too much space in my home setup. Overall, it’s a great value for money and perfect for anyone building a home gym. I haven’t faced any issues so far and I’m satisfied with the product. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased this exercise bench and I’m very happy with the quality and performance. It was easy to assemble and feels very sturdy during workouts. For the price the product is great, but here are some pros and cons I feel!!Cons:1.I'm 5'7ft and the bench height( ground to seat) is 20inch , which I feel is more and because of that I am unable to use leg drive in my bench and mostly have to place my foot on the foot holder.2. Due to same height reason I'm unable to perform exercises like hip thrust and dumbell pullover comfortably. I have checked declathon 900 bench which has very comfortable ground to seat height , compared to that the height is more of this bench.3. The decline is very low, I cannot perform decline dumbell press neither any other decline moment as I start getting back pain... it's very hard to not break my back while trying decline.Due to above cons I have to remove few workouts from my plan.Pros:1. The bench is sturdy, weighing 13kg ( as per description 15kg).I'm 114kg and I tried weights upto 35kgs in total and the bench takes it good, no wobble. The seller has told that it can take upto 200kg's and max 220kg... I don't know how true is that.2. The seat cushioning is very good, didn't get any issues with the seat, the comfort is good.This is my first bench and I'm happy to have something like this to get started with my fitness journey... I hope I can squeeze the worth out of this bench. I will definitely upgrade to a more capable and comfortable bench in future if I outrun this one.Suggestions to seller:Maybe add 1k or 2k to the current price and make a bench with adjustable seat, weight bearing capacity upto 250kg, a better decline angle and this will be the best selling bench.

I recently bought this gym bench and I must say I am extremely happy with it. The bench is very firm and stable, which gives me complete confidence during my weight exercises. At the same time, it is surprisingly lightweight and easy to move around, making it super convenient to use at home.It’s also comfortable and well-designed, so whether I’m doing dumbbell presses, core workouts, or other exercises, it feels reliable and supportive. Honestly, this bench has made workouts much smoother and more effective.

As promised, product was delivered on time by the seller. How to assemble product is easy to understand but it took a lot of time to actually assemble it. Been using the bench from past one month, it's awesome and i really like everything except the decline angle. Metal and fabric both feel like it will last a long time. Fabric seems water resistant, because you can wipe off sweat and it will look like sweat was never there. Bench feels extremely sturdy and stable and you feel confident when you excercise. Flat and inclined angle can be used for doing variety of chest & lats excercises without any fear. As I mentioned earlier, only problem with the bench is decline angle which is too much. Overall very satisfied with product and i think bench is worth the money.

Great product at very reasonable rate. The bench feels stable, sturdy, and the cushion is comfortable. Can do exercise for a long time. I didn't feel any alignment or fitting issue. Definitely recommded.

I’ve been using this gym bench for about 3 weeks now, and it’s definitely a solid addition to my home gym setup. The padding is firm but comfortable, and the synthetic leather cover seems durable. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bench is a bit narrow for wider individuals, and I wish the seat was adjustable too. Highly Recommended!
