Ibanez PowerPad Designer IAB541 Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag - Beige

I'm a music student at university and the clunky, heavy case my guitar came with just wasn't cutting it. This has backpack straps and a side handle, and as needed I can loosen the straps enough to go over my backpack- great since I ride my bike to class whenever possible, and the switch to carrying down the halls of academic buildings so I like to carry it like a normal person. There's also a velcro strap for the neck inside the case so it's really secure, and there's a good chunk of protective foam along the bottom of the case and the side without the zipper so you case lean it against the wall upright, or lay it on its side. And, there's a little loop on the suede square I put my instrument tag on. Plus, there's a variety of pocket sizes so I can organize tools/spare parts and even fit loose music in there as needed. As if that's not enough, I love the trendy look and it has held up over a year now.

High quality gig bag with lots of place to store your stuff. Instrument is well protected with padding in all the right places and extra for those "dangerous" spots on the guitar. Well made and it doesn't look like it's going to start falling apart after a year or two. Certainly beats jsut a black bag - lots of compliments on how nice it looks.

So happy I bought this for my guitar. Plenty of space for extra gear but most importantly great protection for my instrument. Good looking case made from quality materials and stitched together. I am beyond pleased. Now I don't know about various model guitars that will or won't fit. Measure your guitar length width and thickness then look at product description and compare to inside dimensions. You won't be disappointed with this gig bag.

Very satisfied. It's a very nice case and good looking to (I got the tan and brown). The only part missing thick padding is the zippered edge but the other side is VERY thick padding. No worries, if you break your guitar in this case it is NOT the cases fault. The edge you'd place down on the floor and the heel of the guitar you'd place down if standing the guitar up on end in the case are both extremely well padded. The material feels like old fashioned canvas as opposed to the more modern plastic like poly material and I like it. The faux suede is very thin but not really an issue. Feels very nice though. The straps and handles all feel durable and sturdy.All together I really like the case, especially for the price.

I have purchased other cheaper bags with poor quality zippers that broke rendering them to the trash.. I decided to buy a better bag for my Yamaha AC1R so I chose this bag. You cannot go wrong purchasing this bag for a quality instrument. Has very good quality internal foam protection and a stopping/bumper at the internal bottom to protect the bottom of your guitar. Just make sure you flip it up before you put the guitar in. The bag came in a box folded. You have to straighten the bag out and manipulate the foam within the skin to bring it back to form.. very attractive good product ..I recommend it and the zippers are quality.

I needed a nice case for my new Ibanez Acoustic Guitar. This one is perfect! It has lots of pockets for picks and song books, etc. Easy to get the guitar in and out of and it has backpack straps so it is easy to carry.

The material isn’t going to hold up as long as it should (the zippers) however everything else about the bag is what I was looking for. I can fit a good amount of practice books alongside cables and accessories in the front pockets. Tuner, pick, cloth and stopwatch, for timing my practice hours, fit perfect in the top pouch. This is a great fit for my hollow body arch-top. There is a strap inside the guitar pouch that goes around the neck which keeps the guitar well centered in the bag. I wish there was a feature to put away the backpack straps but it works out still. I use this bag for school so I’m always near or next to my guitar or it’s safe in my locker, which would be my only concern for gigging or traveling. I would prefer a stronger protective case for those situations. Overall, great buy! I definitely get a lot of use out of it.
