A good quality harness
The straps of this harness are just big enough for it to be comfortable to wear when hanging a heavier camera off of it such as a full frame DSLR. If you are using a modern mirrorless camera then this is actually very comfortable. Most of the weight is going to be distributed over both of your shoulders. The harness even fits a larger person like my self at 6'2" around 260lbs.The battery compartments are a bit on the small side so if you use larger batteries you may be out of luck. However for smaller batteries like those from Sony you should be fine and of course it can handle SD cards with no problem as well.

Sort of works OK
I was hoping that this harness would hold my camera with the lens facing down as in the photos. It will only do that with a very long lens.The straps connect to the normal camera connectors. If those connections don't allow for a lens down orientation, this harness will not either.I would recommend this this only for heavy camera/lens set ups.
