Is it definitely bpa free?

How do you store them between use?

I store them standing up behind cookbooks on the kitchen counter . They slide in and out easily & the weight of the cookbooks keeps them from curling.

Can u use these in a 160º dehydrator?

that is a good question. I would presume the plastic mats would interfere with even heating if they didn't melt. I use parchment paper which can handle up to 400F. My Excalibur only goes up to 145F for jerky making so I have no idea what you would use 160F for (curious).

Work well as placemats

I bought these to use as a placemat for my toddler. They are easy to clean and keep their shape well. I recommend them as simple placemats, I don’t know about their function as a cutting board.

Do not buy

I can't understand all this good reviews. The cutting board is made with thinnest plastic ever, it slips away the moment you are using it and with one wash the little drawing on the side is fading away, not to mention that when you cut you vegetables or meat you'll cut the board with it and it looks just horrible after one single use.
