M. Graham 1/2-Ounce Tube Watercolor Paint, Cobalt Blue

Un pigment professionnel mais à prix raisonnable.

Calidad inmejorable, la de esta marca de acuarela. Cunde muchísimo, es mono pigmento, por lo que este azul cobalto, es transparente e intenso. Me encanta. Lo peor es que como viene de Estados Unidos ha tardado en llegar.

Hues are nice when pigments aren't available anymore, but really, you need cobalt blue and cerulean (at least 1 of each) and I'd put up this brand over Daniel Smith's any day. (Don't believe me: watch youtube swatching; even "vegan" or "earth-friendly" watercolourists on youtube can't hide how superior cobalt blue can be to ultramarines and "hues").Note on Amazon shipping: I almost gave up on Prime buying because my first tubes of M Graham arrived (1) wrong color, and (2) second tube was beaten up, possibly had a dent in it through which cobalt blue seeped out! But the return was easy (I double-bagged the "destroyed" tube and warned the UPS lady about possible safety issues), and my NEW tube of cobalt looks great! Thank you Amazon. I was getting scared of ordering tubes; and I'm not going to order the cadmiums (I'll get them locally, if needed).Besides the first shipping oopsie, this is a great introduction to M Graham for me. I still think the Sennelier pthalo turquoise (I have had it a while now) can't be beat, and Schminke (if you go to the trouble of deciphering the names) is a steady brand with the best potters pink. W&N Pro is impressive. But I really like these M Grahams.
