Q: Will this fit a festool carvex 420 and a Milwaukee 2445 m12 Jigsaw?

Thanks for your question, our coping foot is compatible with Milwaukee m12, but not compatible with carvex.

Q: Will this work on a Rigid jegsaw?

It should but not sure on the Rigid. As long as your bottom plate comes off / is removable, it should work. It is pretty much a universal kit design and it worked on my Dewalt.
