Traditional Medicinals Organic Nighty Night, 16-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)

Id sleep for a couple hours, then be up for hours in the middle of the night, sometimes even with melatonin in my system. My sister initially bought this tea for me from Whole Foods to help with that broken sleep. It works, and it works great!!!!! I went through the first box of tea and found this deal on Amazon. I had a friend try it bc he has broken sleep, too... Not anymore!!! It worked for him, too. Gifted him a box bc of this deal... In the spirit of pay it forward, and bc I want my friend to get solid rest. It is so important for us all. Anyway, I used to take melatonin. Even with that, I'd wake up and stay up at times, then be groggy in the morning (only if I didn't get a full night of sleep). Anyway, I enjoy and appreciate drinking the tea instead of taking a pill. It's a new evening ritual. Very important to let the tea steep for the 15 minutes as started in the directions. Mild taste. Buy the tea and enjoy your rest. 😁🍵

Nice aroma, relaxing easy to prepare

These were a gift for a very dear friend who has cancer. I had previously given her a goodie box & included 1 box of the Nighty Night Tea. A few weeks ago she told how much she liked it & she had used up that box. I know that she has difficulty sleeping at times, so I looked at what you had available & I liked this bundle. I ordered it for her & had it delivered to her. She was so thrilled. She told me how relaxing this tea is & how much she enjoys it. I felt really good knowing I had given her something she really enjoys & that helps her get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this tea. This is one of my favorite teas that I’ve enjoyed for about 5 years. Traditional Medicinals makes fabulous teas, they’re so smooth, so flavorful & helps me relax. I highly recommend this flavor because of it’s relaxing & calming effect at bedtime.

This works! I make a small cup every night - te-use the bag once...and definitely Helps with falling asleep easily. This tea contains Valarian; so please do your research before you give it a try; just in case you may have an issue. This tea can also be used as a simple calming tea - but valerian is a powerful herb and Remember to use caution. The only negative for me is the smell - Valerian Stinks! Like 'dirty feet' - and so; warn your friends & family when you sit down to sip an evening cup! (Smile) I buy this in case lot to save even more $ I'd reccomend this product to help you get to sleep
