This product is perfect for me. I don't care for the flavored electrolyte packets. This product is tasteless to me and works like a charm. I'm an avid cyclist, runner, golfer, and pickle ball player. I work out for several hours at a time in the Florida heat and have had no issues with muscle cramping since using this product. The travel flask is convenient to throw in your sports bag to have on hand at all times. I have used this product for several years and will be a life-long customer.

I have been looking for an electrolyte supplement that is flavorless. I was listening to a pod cast from DR Mark Hyman & LYTE Show is the brand he personally uses & recommends. I was very pleased with this product myself, purchased it on my Subscribe & Save account & will be buying it on a regular basis. My husband & I never fill a water bottle without using electrolytes! It is not completely flavorless only a slight mineral taste that is very settle & not at all offensive.

This product helped me up my water intake to 48 Oz a day. I love the taste and hydration I get from it. It is also very convenient. The little squeeze bottle fits nicely in my bag as a take-along.

This is a quality electrolyte that really doesn't have anything in it that it should not as far as I can tell. It helps me with hydration better than most other products I have tried.I just wish it was not so outrageously expensive. For that I knocked off one star

I must say every hydration/electrolyte drop/mix I’ve tried has had an overpowering salt taste but not this one! You can barely taste it. It’s almost as it’s truly flavorless. You can add it to anything or drink as is! The cool thing is the travel flask cap is exactly 3ml, just the right amount for a 32oz serving. Very happy and satisfied with LYTEshow. Will definitely be buying again.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this particular electrolyte solution. I've already bought more, I am quite pleased with this.It is easy to use. I don't usually measure, just give a good squeeze. But you can put some into the travel flask and use the cap to measure it out, that is easy as well. Filling the flask isn't bad, the top pops off and since it's clear, you can see when to stop pouring. I like having that little bottle, I can take it with me. Both the larger bottle and travel one will leak a little if you don't have it upright. The travel bottle is a little more secure, but I still keep it in a baggie if I'm traveling with it.There is a taste to this, which there should be. I find it pleasant, and it actually helps me want to drink plain water. It's a bit salty and a bit tart. The smaller quantity of water you put it in, the more concentrated the flavor is. If you use it as suggested, there's only a hint of flavor.This will leave deposits in the vessel you put it in, which is to be expected. I would not use it in a bottle you can't scrub because over time it will leave a film that will be difficult to rinse out.I like that this particular electrolyte product isn't super high in sodium. That's better for people with high blood pressure issues. Still provides hydration, though.I've used this during and after drinking more than what would be considered an okay amount and it really helped me avoid a headache the next morning. I'm prone to headaches from drinking even a smaller amount, but this stuff counters it much better than plain water or one of those electrolyte drinks that are mostly sugar.My husband also finds it helpful. Sometimes he gets intensely thirsty at night and will chug water with no relief. When he started putting this in his water he'd drink in the evening, he was far less thirsty in the night. Whether the thirst was from a salty meal, sweating, or whatever, it made a positive impact.Yes, this is an expensive product, but I think it's well worth it. I find it to be much more effective and better for you than the drinks out there. Good balance of electrolytes and easy to use. I highly recommend this.

The reviews are true! I was sick of paying a lot of money for liquid iv and then finding myself never using them. I hate powder and having to use a shaker to drink my water. I just wanted something simple and easy to use. This is it. I actually really like the flavor it adds to the water. Hard to describe it, almost lemon-y? But very faint. I drank a lot on Super Bowl Sunday and drank a huge glass of water with a dose of this and felt like a champ the next day. I find myself drinking about 4 doses of this a day and I’m feeling amazing. Just ordered this as a subscription because I’m already half way through my first bottle of this in a week, because I use it so much. I initially wanted an electrolyte supplement to help me quit vaping. I had read that nicotine and vaping depleted your body of electrolytes and I’ve noticed this has also helped me with my heart palpitations I was experiencing. All in all, I love this stuff. Worth every penny!!
