Great to keep you agile later in life

This strap is well made and well designed, with loops all the way up and comfortable loops at the ends. I’m using it for rehab exercises after total knee replacement but there are many more exercises in the leaflet that comes with it. It comes with a Velcro strap for fold up storage - pity there is only a plastic bag to keep it in as a cloth pouch would be longer lasting.

This is a great strap for stretching out tight muscles. I suffer from a tight Hamstring which manifests itself with pain behind the knee. A foam roller does help, but the strap really allows me to put a lot of tension on the muscle and stretch it out properly. Not used it for anything other stretching exercise yet. It comes with a handy instruction sheet which shows lots a different stretches you can use it for.I think what would be really really useful is if the instruction sheet had a little note explaining what each stretch does, ie if you have pain or tightness in the lower back, do this exercise. Not all of us know muscle group names, so can't immediately know what exercise stretch to do without looking it up elsewhere on the Internet.

This is helping me do my physio stretches. Works great.

I really like how it has lots of different loops, the very strong weaving put into making this strap, the loop at each end helps to add the extra pull on stretching muscles in my case. Vey Good Value, Well Made, Works well , comfortable on limbs to use. I'd highly suggest this strap!

Good quality. Lots of slots on the strap to provide a variety of stretches for your body. I’m using it for my foot and ankle after a surgery, and it’s easy to use and has helped with my flexibility.

The numerous hand loops along the sides are particularly useful for doing knee stretches after kneesurgery. Only wish I had purchased one six months ago after right knee surgery!

Seems to be well made a little thinner than I expected but works great for the price, good value would recommend
