These tools have only slight imperfections, solid, they don’t bend. They grasp securely when you close them and they lock together. Great value and I would definitely buy again. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is one pair was just slightly off center, didn’t notice until I looked very closely, they still work great.

I should have bought the larger size. This one wasn’t strong enough to close and lock on the small treble hooks I was using for trout.

Perfect for what I needed it for, long enough for the application and very sturdy! I’d buy these again if I needed to. Great for grabbing things in small places.
