This is my first time using a pre workout. I enjoy the gym but some days I’m just not feeling it, so I wanted something to give me a little push and keep me energized to perform my absolute best the entire workout. I hate energy drinks and already start my day with a protein shake and double shot espresso but I needed something a little extra. Having never used this, I used only a 1/2 scoop in 24 ounces of water. I drank it 20 min before arriving to the gym. Upon arrival I definitely felt more awake and absolutely had energy. The best part was it felt NATURAL. It didn’t feel artificially induced which was my fear. I was able to get in a very vigorous 60 min leg day. I was able to pump out more reps and extend my time from 45 min to a full 60 min. I left feeling worked and tired but not exhausted and definitely no crash and burn. I didn’t experience any tingles or itch which I read are common side effects of pre workout powders. While I have nothing to compare it to , I feel the over all quality was great. At only 1/2 the suggested serving, it met my purpose and tasted pretty good (they did however send me the wrong flavor. I ordered bomb pop and got blue raspberry) I look forward to making it part of my regular gym routine.

### Nitro Surge Pre-Workout Review (Jacked Factory) **Overall Rating: 8.5/10** If you want a clean, no-nonsense pre-workout that actually works without the itchy skin or mid-workout crash, Nitro Surge is one of the best in the $25–$35 range. **The Good:** - Solid 180 mg caffeine per scoop — enough for a strong kick without feeling overstimulated - 3 g L-Citrulline + 1.6 g Beta-Alanine — decent pumps and endurance without insane tingles (though you’ll still feel some) - Includes 1 g Betaine Anhydrous and 1 g L-Tyrosine for focus and power output - Tastes surprisingly good (especially Cherry Bomb and Fruit Punch) — no chemical aftertaste like a lot of budget pre-workouts - Fully transparent label, no prop blends - Mixes easily, no clumps **The Not-So-Good:** - Beta-Alanine dose is on the lower side if you’re chasing maximum tingles/endurance - Only one scoop option — if you’re caffeine-sensitive, you’ll need to half-scoop - Pumps are good, not mind-blowing (if you want insane vascularity, you’ll still want 6–8 g citrulline) **Verdict:** One of the smartest budget buys out there. It won’t give you the nuclear energy of a 400 mg caffeine monster, but it delivers smooth, focused workouts with solid pumps and zero crash. Perfect daily driver for most lifters. I’ve repurchased it multiple times — that says enough. Highly recommended if you want performance without paying $50+ for hype.

I've been using the NITROSURGE Pre-Workout Supplement for 2 weeks now, and it has undoubtedly made a noticeable difference in my workout routine. Here's my comprehensive review: Pros: Energy Surge: NITROSURGE delivers a solid energy boost, giving me the vitality and motivation I need to power through my workouts, even on low-energy days. Focus and Alertness: One of the standout features is its ability to sharpen mental focus. I've found myself more alert and dialed into my training, which has translated into more productive sessions. Enhanced Endurance: This supplement has significantly improved my endurance during high-intensity workouts. I can push through longer sets and more repetitions with less fatigue. No Crash: Unlike some pre-workout supplements that lead to a post-workout energy crash, I haven't experienced any crashes with NITROSURGE. The sustained energy is a big plus. Delicious Flavors: The available flavors, particularly the fruit punch and watermelon, taste great. It's a treat to look forward to before each workout. Cons: Slightly High Stimulant: If you are sensitive to caffeine or stimulants, you might find NITROSURGE a bit intense. A slightly lower caffeine content could cater to a broader audience. Tingling Sensation: Some users may experience a tingling or itching sensation, commonly known as "beta-alanine tingles." It's not painful, but it can be a bit uncomfortable for some. Sweetness: While the flavors are delightful, they can be overly sweet for those who prefer subtler taste profiles. This is more of a personal preference. Not Ideal for Late Workouts: Due to its energy-boosting properties, I'd recommend avoiding taking NITROSURGE too late in the evening, as it might affect your sleep quality. Price: It falls on the higher end of the price spectrum for pre-workout supplements. While the quality is evident, budget-conscious buyers might hesitate. In summary, the NITROSURGE Pre-Workout Supplement will become a staple in my fitness routine for its impressive energy-boosting and focus-enhancing abilities. However, the high stimulant content and the tingling sensation may not suit everyone. If you're looking for an effective pre-workout supplement and are comfortable with a bit of caffeine, it's definitely worth a try. Just be mindful of the timing, as the energizing effects can be long-lasting.

This is my first time taking a pre-workout. The first day I took this pre-workout, I did not feel sleepy at work and planned to work out but I did not. The next day I took the pre-workout early in the morning and about 15 mins late, my face, ears and hands started to itch. I thought I was having an allergic reaction but after more research, I see this is pretty common with beta-alanine (my first time taking any pre workouts guys lol). Trying to see if I can get over that feeling and keep using it because I really like the product. Gave me a good little boost of energy and I definitely feel like I am pretty energized throughout my day. No jitters and the blueberry raspberry flavor is pretty good. I recommend if you can get over that itchy feeling.

In the Age of Sweat and Steel, when iron slept in towering racks and the mirrors bore witness to questionable form, there existed a sacred ritual. Before the first weight ever left the ground — before chalk coated the hands and someone claimed a machine “for one more set” — the warrior reached for a legendary draught: Jacked Factory NITROSURGE Pre Workout. This was no ordinary mixture. It swirled in its vessel like forged lightning, smelling vaguely of ambition and artificial fruit. One sip, and the pact was sealed. The heartbeat grew louder. The mind sharpened. Suddenly, the music hit harder, the mirrors felt more flattering, and every problem in life seemed solvable by lifting something heavy exactly twelve times. The warrior strode forward, and the iron awoke. Barbells were approached with newfound confidence — perhaps too much confidence. Plates clanged like shields, and every warm-up rep felt suspiciously heroic. Nitrosurge did not lift the weight for the warrior (tragically), but it did whisper bold lies such as, “Yes, you can absolutely add another plate.” Each set became a glorious struggle. Muscles burned, lungs protested, and somewhere deep within, a voice yelled, “ONE MORE REP,” even when no rep remained. The potion’s presence thudded in the chest like a war drum fueled by caffeine and poor decisions. Time warped. Rest periods vanished. Supersets suddenly felt like a great idea. To be clear, this elixir is not for the faint of heart. To the unprepared, it may announce itself with dramatic intensity — tingles, wide eyes, and an urgent desire to pace between sets like a caged gladiator. To the seasoned warrior, however, it is a trusted blade: sharp, focused, and best handled with respect… and maybe a restroom plan. When the final weight was racked and victory claimed, the warrior stood sweaty, humbled, and deeply proud. The mirrors once again told the truth. Nitrosurge had done its duty — not as magic, not as a shortcut, but as the ceremonial trumpet blast that says, “It is time to do reckless things with proper form.” And so the legend lives on, retold in locker rooms and comment sections alike — in that sacred moment when the scoop is measured, the shaker is shaken, and the warrior whispers, “Alright… let’s get weird.”
