Unfortunately, for a charger that's explicitly supposed to be a fast charger.. this one isn't. Rather than rely on crappy apps that guess at the charge rate, I used a reliable USB power analyzer inline to check if this fast-charger really would fast-charge.Surprise: It will not.Unlike my trusty Anker and other known-good fast charging Qi chargers I have, this one will apparently not go beyond slow standard 5W Qi charging. Oh well, back in the return bin it goes. I do wish people would stop marketing standard chargers as fast.

The camera stack blocks the magnet.

My original order was shipped with an older model which prevents the iPhone 13 Pro with Apple Silicone case to snap flushed to the charger due to the camera bump. Contacted the shipper and was notified that they have a redesign that addressed the issue and offered to ship the replacement to me for free. Within 3 days I received the replacement with the exact same packaging as the old model. Low and behold it snaps perfectly and flushed against the case, with like .5mm clearance to spare. Because of the change the magnet holds the phone much stronger than the previous model.Other than the issue mentioned above I love the charger as it’s fast charging and very sturdy when attached to the vent of my Nissan Rogue.Thank you Nancy for the excellent customer service you’ve provided. I’ll definitely be back for more!

It's hard to write this review because the seller was doing everything they can to fix the issues.Pros:1) Great customer support, A+2) Magnetic hold is similar to Apple magsafe. Magnets got good hold3) Item utilizes 17mm ball head (like all the Garmin products) so finding the right adapter mount is easy4) I like that the charger uses a USB C connector and not micro and it's not permanently attached tot eh charger... ahem Apple magsafe - this way if you just want to use it solely as a mount and not have the cable dangle or you can switch out to a USB C to A cable.. more options, more better.Cons:1) "FastCharge" was drastically overstated. I used a Samsung 25W super fast wall USB C charger and Samsung USB C to C cable. You can see the avg and est charge time in the screenshots2) The vent mount may be pretty weak for heavy phones like iPhone 13 Pro Max and Pixel 6; the clamp doesn't reach in far enough due to the spring bracket in the way. The phone and mount would jostle around and eventually fall off the vent. There is a vent mount that has a locking mechanism that I wish they would use

I have used and researched a lot of these phone holders, and have been look for one that meets all my requirements. It needs a good vent clip, strong enough MagSafe magnet, and it must have rapid charging capability. Oh! And the price must be reasonable. This product met my expectations easily and the customer service is above and beyond. Which, is why I say in the title the product exceeds expectations. They reached out just to make sure I was happy, and they also offered to let me test another mount (suction cup with arm). I was curious how that would hold on bumpy roads, and it handled the roads just perfectly. It's really easy to setup and position and I'm now using that more than the vent clip!

This is a great charger that works tremendous with MagSafe charging on my iPhone 12. i had the earlier ESR version that works good and this has an even stronger magnet. So strong that when using the vent clamp you really need to develop a slide motion when removing the phone from the magnet or you will keep pullling off vent. I actually moved to an IOtte mount to put up on the dash. The vent clamp does work well I just like the dark mount for simpler setup. You do need to buy a QC 3.0 USB-C car charger to use with it.

Not only does this product feels and looks cheap, it does not charge and product came used. After opening amazon package first thing that i notice was that dirty and and the clear circular seal tab was broken. Opening up the box i found usb cable unwound crumbled and stuffed in the plastic bag. Dash board cup had no protective film on sticky suction part and had finger print marks all over the adhesion. Had brief thought about keeping it anyway until i attach phone to check out the magnet strength only to find that the "blank' doesn't even charge the phone....battery charge indicator just cycles on and off, on and off. Needless to say its going back..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

After looking for a good charger for my work truck. Purchasing one that would stay mounted I decided to purchase this product. Well beyond my expectations. Holds phone right in place. Hasn’t fallen off at all while charging. Great product would highly recommend
