Can I get an ac adapter for jensen scr-75?

Yes you can. Trying to answer my own question listed here. Getting the right tip to insert into the scr-75 is critical. By my own measurements (not Jensen's), looks like the OD is 4mm so I think the tip would measure 4mmOD x 1.75ID.

What AC adapter fits this model?

The connector is 3.5mm. The electrical rating are: AC-DC adapter with 3V DC ~ 600mA output.

How do you detach the belt clip?

While pulling the tab with the arrow away from the unit, slide the clip down.

Will this output in stereo? for example headphone jack to rca - is it mono or stereo?

Yes, the Line-out jack is a stereo jack, so if the tape playing is stereo, you will get right and left stereo output. You would connect this into the Aux-in or Line-in jack on your music system. The headphone jack is also stereo and the level is controlled by the volume control. The Line-out jack is not controlled by the volume control.
