I like the overall quality of the product. The material is good and not cheap. Very easy to use and very effective. You can feel it you jaw muscles after appropriate usage. Just put it in boiling water for 30 sec before use. Will share another review after months usage.

Update after usage.Broke within 2 days. Sheer disappointment. Avoid at all costs. Poor quality.Boil it first then it takes shape of your teeth and then chew it a marathon. Will update results after a week and so.I got double chin like a burger and I hope it helps

I have had this products for 2 weeks now. A usual amount of reps to do withba product like this is 200-300 per day. I, however, only did about 100-150. Even after doing a lower amount of reps per day, this product has got tears along the edges. As stated earlier, I haven't possessed this for more than a month. There are better quality jaw exercisers out there, so I'd suggest you consider those before buying this one.
