Q: How can i make the pigtails into one ponytail? how did you make it stay on? (bobby pins? did it stay on well?)

Dear Customer, the two ponytails are separated to the wig which are sewed with a Claw Clip, you could clip any where you like. And we are afraid that you could not combine both ponytails into one, as the clip it's a little big, it would not look well together. Maybe you could just use one ponytail as decoration. Thanks for your attention.

Yes the pony tails arrive separated from the wig

Q: Will it work for a sally face cosplay?

This blue is a bit too dark for Sally face, and the pig tails are also a bit too long unless you plan to cut them. But other than that it would work.
