Clean Skin Without Drama—Still Going Strong 🧼💧💙
Cetaphil’s Oil-Free Foaming Face Wash is one of those unsung heroes that quietly gets the job done. Whether you’ve had it for months or keep reaching for it between fancier products, its simple, skin-friendly formula holds up. 🫧 Gentle Foaming Action: Creates a soft lather that sweeps away dirt, makeup, and excess oil without stripping the skin. It’s not the bubbly kind that explodes on your face—but it foams just enough to feel refreshing. 🌬️ Non-Comedogenic & Fragrance-Free: Won’t clog pores or irritate sensitive skin. Free of heavy perfumes, dyes, or ingredients that tend to trigger breakouts. Perfect for combo, oily, or acne-prone skin types. 🧴 Oil-Free & Matte Finish: Helps control shine throughout the day and pairs well with moisturizers, SPF, or serums. Your skin feels clean—not squeaky or tight, just balanced. ⌛ Long Shelf Life with Loyal Results: Still sitting on your shelf because it lasts—and still works. It’s a testament to basic skincare that doesn’t need bells and whistles to keep up. 💸 Drugstore Darling with Dermatologist Cred: Affordable, easy to find, and recommended often for people who want results without irritation or a steep price tag. 🌟 Final Face Forward: If you’ve got Cetaphil’s Oil-Free Foaming Cleanser still in your routine, you’re holding onto a classic that stays consistent. It might not be the flashiest product—but it delivers that fresh-face feel time and time again.

Worth the money
This has lasted me a long time. The ingredients are good. The soap quality is good. It makes my skin feel fresh and clean and my face is so soft and smooth after using.

This is medicine for my skin.....
I discovered this product years ago after my dermatologist diagnosed me with a rare kind of dermatitis that is caused by stress. The only way to cure it, he said, was to rotate off and on antibiotics and steroids for months at a time or have no stress. I did not like either of these options. I thought I could just put up with it, but it was on my chin. It was painful and looked very unhealthy. He also told me that our skin is our biggest organ and if it is not in shape, you can be predisposed to other infections. I had always just washed my face with some kind of facial soap. Usually what was on sale at the time. I had always had good skin before this and it was hard to realize that I had a big problem. I scoured the internet for a home remedy or anything that could help me. I found a chat room that was discussing the same dermatitis I had. Several people said that Cetaphil skin cleanser is the only thing that helps them. Not Cetaphil daily facial cleanser, but skin cleanser. I tried it because I was ready to be free of this painful dermatitis. After the second wash, my skin felt less painful. They also recommend a zero tolerance policy during this time. Meaning - no make up, moisturizers, etc. Only the Cetaphil. That may have been the hardest part because I need moisturizer every day. I did this for two weeks and the dermatitis was gone!!! And it has never come back as long as I use the Cetaphil every day. It returns your skin to the proper ph making it hard for your skin to develop any kind of infection. So for me, this is medicine. My new doctor did not believe me that I cured the dermatitis with skin cleanser! He just kept asking me if that was all I use. I told him what I did and to tell his other patients so they could get off the antibiotics if they wished to. Meanwhile, my skin is blemish free and pain free. And I don't worry about the rash ever coming back. Amazon has the best price too!!!

Great facial wash
I’ve been using this for a few years. I have adult acne and this facial wash doesn’t break me out. I have oily and dry skin. I like that’s its foam.

Refreshing and Effective Oil-Free Cleanser!
I've been using this oil-free face wash for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed! It leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh, and never greasy. I love that it doesn’t leave any residue behind and has a light, pleasant scent. It’s gentle enough for daily use but still does a great job of removing dirt and oil. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can feel a little drying at times, especially in colder weather. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a refreshing and reliable cleanser!

Very Gentle
After I started having hot flashes my face was permanently flushed so I was having such a hard time finding a cleanser that would be kind to my new found sensitive skin. This works perfectly with the entire cetaphil line of skin care products. I definitely recommend it if you have real sensitive skin.

Please Know this Product is Legit. Gentle. Perfect morning facial cleanser. Calmed my rosacea too.
Friends, please don’t misjudge this product by expecting it to be Cetaphil’s regular cleanser, known as “Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser.” This product, namely “Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser,” sold by this seller is completely legit. They are two completely different products. This cleanser is meant to be opaque, whitish in color. My dermatologist recommended it to me two years ago when I unexpectedly developed rosacea on my cheeks. Prior to that, I always had normal, unproblematic, acne-free skin. I’ve been using it ever since. It is indeed gentle and soothing. I don’t use it to remove makeup. I don’t think it was made to effectively remove my makeup or my spf 50 sunscreen. That’s okay, as I use another tried and true one-step facial cleanser at night. I use this, Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, first thing in the morning, followed by a gentle exfoliator or a holy-grail toner I’m wedded to. This cleans my skin, and sets a calm clean canvas for me to then use the rest of my skincare regimen (toner, serums, moisturizer & spf). I no longer suffer from rosacea now, thanks to this (and without any Rx). I also can count on this gentle cleanser to calm my skin when I try a new product that unexpectedly irritates me. So, please don’t hate this if you expected it to be another, completely different product by Cetaphil. As this is just my experience, my opinion, I understand if this product didn’t work for you, or if it unexpectedly irritated your skin. Finally, if you’re concerned about parabens, I get it. I steer away from parabens normally. But check out how it’s listed last on this product. That’s a good thing. More importantly, look up what seasoned consumer advocate turned beauty guru and manufacturer, Paula Begoun (of Paula’s Choice), opines about parabens in skincare. See beautypedia.com.

Great Soap, HORRIBLE Pump
This is a great face wash for my sensitive, eczema- and acne-prone skin. The pump, however, is HORRIBLE and after only a few uses starts to get stuck in the “down” position. So if you want to use more than one pump at a time, you literally have to pry the pump back up so you can pump again. And it’s not like this is a one-off. It’s almost every single bottle I’ve ever bought over the last 3-4 years. Really wish Cetaphil would invest in a better pump system because this is a great face wash.
