I'm an autistic momma, with a janky digestive tract. I love the whole Garden of Life line, they don't upset my stomach even if I take them without food. The bioavalibility is high, and, while I cannot say for sure it's improved everything, I can say that I feel less cruddy when I have my probiotics (and D, and B complex. Garden of Life is fantastic.) If you are looking for a probiotic for ladies, this is a great pick.

The reason that I like this product is because it has 16 strains and is shelf stable! It's amazing that it promotes emotional well-being, relaxation, and digestive balance all in one. However, I do wish it was a bit more effective. Regardless, I would still highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great probiotic supplement that also helps with stress management. This stuff is great for mitigating the Freedom diet. As an American, it's our right to eat as much garbage as we want, but it takes a toll on our guts.There are neuroscientific studies that have shown a link between gut health and depression/anxiety. There is significant literature regarding the role of probiotics and other measures in mood management. It's a great nerdy rabbit hole if you are so inclined. Anywho, back to the review. Am a sad panda, and these keep things moving in a gentle way, and the ashwaganda keeps me from wanting to yeet myself into the sun for one more day. Score one for Garden of Life and their mood regulating dookie pills.

Update, 9/2023: Was forced to go back to this after GoL discontinued the Mood Daily Care 40 billion!! Really love this more than the 40 bill. My gut is still getting used to it but the 40 bill gave me some NASTY gas and so far the only gas I've had with this is just some adjustment gas (trust you can tell the difference). I also feel like I am digesting things at a higher quality as I am p**ping less BUT it's obvious that meals are "going through me" faster than on the Daily Care. Probably because this version has more prebiotic fiber. Looking forward to how I'll feel when I'm fully adjusted to this (can be a few weeks to a month after starting). I think the intense anxiety I previously experienced with this was either outside influences or my gut just being SO imbalanced at the time that getting used to this was much harder. Changed the review to 5 stars!! (Just to clarify, it has NOT increased my anxiety at all since starting this time.
