Is the 5-100 psi per bag?

I have this on my 2021 F250. I also have the air compressor. Both shocks are fed off 1 line. So the pressure is for the system, not per individual bag. You need a minimum of 5 PSI. 100 PSI is the absolute max. I tow a 10000 lb travel trailer. The most I have in my system is 40 PSI and it works great.

Will this work on 2022 f350 with 5th wheel prep on it and can I use just a regular air compressor to blow them up? Put air in before or after the load

Yes it will, I just installed on my 2022 f350 and there was clear instructions on the 5th wheel hardware already installed. Yes you can use a air compressor from anywhere. Same as filling your tires. Your good to go.
