I contacted customer service because the vegan leather on my bag is pealing after just a few months of use. The best they can do is nothing? They said I must be rubbing it on rough surfaces. I have had another Itzy Ritzy bag and used it the exact same way and it has very little wear and tear on it after years of use. It was also vegan leather. The surface of the vegan leather is just peeling in places where there is not much friction. I am careful to take good care of my bags. I have really enjoyed being an Itzy Ritzy customer. As a mom of 7, I have carried their bags for years as well as used many other products including toys and pacifiers. I have sadly learned that the customer care is lacking. For an item to peel like this is unacceptable and not normal wear and tear. I guess their quality standards have lowered as well, previous bags did not do this. If they will only stand by products purchased directly from their website and not other merchants such as Amazon, what is the point of selling there? I will no longer purchase or recommend Itzy Ritzy.

This is a super cute bag. It is the mini so it has very limited space but for a quick run it is perfect. Love it!
