Russell Athletics Kids Big Boys' Fleece pant

I got these to wear to the gym in winter, and they have been great for that purpose. I tend to get really cold, and when you add freezing sweat after leaving the gym into the mix, I get REALLY cold. I wanted something to keep me warm outside, but not overheat inside.These block wind well so their great outside, but a little warm inside. I don't mind that too much since i'm going to the gym to work out and sweat. I'd say the XL fit at the waist, (i'm a 28-29), but it's a tad long (i'm a 29-30) by about 1/2 inch. For the first couple washes the material from the inside kept leaving lint on underwear and the bottom of shirts, but that kinda fixed itself. Not a huge fan of the tag sown into the left side.

I bought these pants for my sons. According to the label they are 55% cotton and 45% polyester. I would call these sweat pants though, not fleece. The fabric feels like cotton and is light to medium weight. They are hemmed, open bottom pants, so they have a nicer look than pants with elastic at the ankles, in my opinion. They've been through the wash a few times and still look great. There is minimal pilling. I bought the extra large size (18/20) for both boys, who have waist measurements of 34 and 36 inches, respectively. The elastic waist of these pants fits both boys comfortably. The inseam is approximately 29 inches after washing. There are two side pockets and if you have boys, you know they make good use of pockets!

My son LOVES sweats. These are great quality, but a little big. The waist has a draw string but the thickness of the fabric and the draw string doesn't tighten enough to hold the pants up on my slim-jim son. He needs a belt or hidden tighteners in jeans etc. to hold them up. I should have ordered a size smaller than I thought we needed. BOTTOM LINE- Great quality sweats, run larger than expected.

Buy them for my son, is very comfortable and look good. Fit a little large because my son is but skinny true to size, the quality is good too, is a nice basic boy's athletic pants. Is very comfortable my son is happy with them.

My son is a very slim 10 year old and sweat pants are usually very baggy on him. These seem to run a little small, If I buy another pair, I will probably get a large.

I ordered these for my son and they're fine except they are not 20% polyester. They're 45% polyester, which for a warm blooded 12 year old is too hot! I didn't appreciate the false advertising.

Needed fleece pants for my daughter to wear during lacrosse practice outside. They fit just fine, she could wear leggings underneath them for layering purposes and the cost was low enough that the dirt, tears, etc didn't bother me.

Nice and comfortable but they are too long. I'm debating if I should return them and try the smaller size or have them altered.
