Dräger X-plore 3300 with 2x ABEK1 Hg P3 Filters – Professional Respirator for Chemical Fumes, Organic Vapours, Spray Painting, Resin & Toxic Gases – EN143 Certified

This was my first time trying a Dräger gas mask, and I'm blown away by its performance and quality. I run a printing business, and although the fumes are considered safe, I've always been bothered by the smell while working. I'd rather not take any chances with my health. The Dräger Gas Mask X-plore 3300 with ABEK1 Hg P3 RD Gas Filters is incredibly well-made, and everything about it shouts high quality. The fit is really snug for me, even with my beard, and it doesn't feel loose at all. It's comfortable to wear for long periods without any issues and doesn't feel heavy or like it's digging into my face. The weight balance ratio is just right. I've been wearing this mask daily since February, and I love it! The filters do a fantastic job of filtering out chemical fumes and smells from the machines I use. They are also very simple to change. The mask does exactly what it's supposed to, and I was astounded by how well it works. Make sure to read the instructions regarding the storage of the filters and ensure you get the right size. It's a little on the expensive side, but it really is worth it. I'm very impressed with Dräger and will only be using their masks going forward, as the quality of their products and my experience with them have been exceptional. Brilliant mask really snug fit so no leakage bought it to do some airbrushing with solvent car paint couldn't smell one bit of fumes through it.

This ventilator is no doubt good quality. The only down sides are that the ventilator has no seal test to confirm protection. It is a little heavy but not overly. I do like the front vent that only outlets exhaled breath, this helps prevent overheating, and condensation from forming inside. The adjustment straps are a simple and easy to use. I recommended buying the full face mask as my separate goggles wont work alongside this half face mask.

The Dräger 3300 chemical ABEK1HgP3RD is a decent mask with a brilliant filter and I sent this review below to a friend who was interested in buying either the Dräger 3300 or the jsp force 8 respirator FFP3R JSP Force 8 respirator FFP3RD vs Dräger 3300 half face ABEK1HgP3RD. Price £22.99 vs £30.83 but equivalent ABEK1HgP3RD filters £29.99 vs £14.99 Fit jsp has slightly easier to fit but the elestic and head band on the drager is better quality. The fit of the Dräger is a better seal but the filters stick out more than the jsp. Cleaning and maintenance the jsp is far easier to clean the rear is the same to clean but the exhale valve area is not easy to remove the Dräger cover which is the most important part to clean as this is a condensation area. Conclusion jsp is easier to clean and maintain with a lower starting price but at the moment struggling to get filters and the ABEK1HgP3RD filters cost twice as much as the Dräger filters but for the FFP3RD filters are £8.99 vs £12.99 and box vs open and for the extra £2 you can have decent combination ABEK1HgP3RD combination filters, therefore other than maintenance issues the Dräger made in Germany and Romania is the better option but if you don't require any chemical or painting filters then the jsp is a cheaper option but currently availability for the jsp unit from amazon but getting the box filters most oos and only the open filters available from amazon and screw fix, whereas the Dräger A2P3 and ABEK1HgP3RD options from amazon and P3, A2P3 and ABEK1HgP3RD options available from screw fix with A2P3 and ABEK1HgP3RD filters available from amazon but more expensive than screw fix £12.99 P3 or A2P3/ABEK1HgP3RD £14.99. Dräger 3300 with ABEK1HgP3RD filters For the moment July 2020 this is a good price for a decent respirator with brilliant filtering and available filters

This mask has proven to effective for me in stopping superglue fumes. In small gluing operations, even in a ventilated room, with a dust mask, I found the superglue fumes were causing nasal irritation, sneezing and mucus. This medium size mask has stopped any reactions and is comfortable to wear. The face seals work well and there is no air leakage.

Very good quality product easy to put on

Used for spraying 2 part epoxy paint which has very dangerour fumes, very impressed. Good fit and zero odour came through. Amazing really I would recommend

Ideal fit for my face, and reasonably comfortable for long periods of time. easy to tighten up to get a good seal. Easy to clean with wipes to. Perfect for general building and other dusty task.

Ich habe die Dräger X-plore 3300 Maske für die Reinigung unseres Heizofens gekauft, weil ich es satt hatte, dass der Staub überall hinkommt. Mit der Maske ist der Schutz wirklich super – der Staub bleibt draußen, und man merkt richtig, wie gut sie abdichtet. Klar, unter der Maske wird es etwas warm, aber das gehört bei solchen Arbeiten einfach dazu und ist völlig in Ordnung. Die Maske sitzt bequem und lässt sich gut tragen, auch über längere Zeit.
