After years of heavy bleeding due to fibroids, I've always used other night time pads. But always gone through them quickly or have leaks or needed to double up. Thank you Whisper for finally providing a product for women like myself who suffer with heavy bleeding. This pad definitely have a higher absorbency. I feel more comfortable using them. Although the price is high its definitely worth using. Please continue selling this product as I will be buying each month. Many thanks

Absolutely useless, more like a panty liner!!! waste of money

They are thin and hold hardly any fluid. One gush and they need to be replaced. These are suppose to provide overnight protection. They fail. Will not buy again.

almost double the price

I had high hopes for this product but sadly it disappointed me. The pad is thin not thick. I leaked out of it onto my underwear...it doesn't hold alot. I plan on returning it. I only used one. For the price of $20 for 10 pads..they should of been phenomenal.
