This piece is lovely! As stated in other reviews it is really well built. It does fit a bit small, but it's a corset! It has lacing in the back to let out, which works wonderfully. NOTE: The back leasing has a panel that can flip over. So either the lacing can show your skin through it, or there can be a flap of fabric. This extra fabric is not very big, just about 6 inches. If you want the fabric to cover over then I highly recommend getting a slightly larger size than you think you need. If you want your skin to show through, get the size you think you should. As also stated another review the first time you put it on you'll need some extra time. The fasteners in the front are a bit tricky. And when I say 'a bit' I mean rather, since there is a bone in peace directly under them so no give while you're trying to get them fastened. When one goes on if feels like two more come back off again. But it just takes a time or two to get used to. But, leave yourself room with the lacing in the back, do the fasteners in the front, then pull the back tight. Works like a charm. I highly recommend this corset! It is absolutely beautiful. The front fasteners are a bit industrial if you're looking for a costume/vintage piece, but this is beautifully made. (So great for cosplay/steam punk, inaccurate for historical, wonderful for fantasy!) If I am looking for other corsets I will absolutely look at this groups other selection. NOTE- I was originally sent the wrong piece. And by wrong piece I mean skirt type thing that had absolutely nothing to do with corsets, not like they sent me the wrong course it. The exchange was Apsley no problem, I just wanted to note that this did happen so leave yourself a bit of time if ordering. ENJOY!!!!

Before I begin I want to give a disclaimer. This is the first time I've bought a corset from anywhere but a Halloween store and I am going entirely based on my "cheap" corset experiences. All the corsets at Halloween stores are more expensive and similar quality if not worse from time to time. Okay let's start with the negatives. The product us one you definitely need to size up in. The bust area has a decorative strung but isn't adjustable, which causes issues because I'm a 38C bra usa, 38-40 inch waist (I did this measurement over a few days so I'm doing a give or take) 42 inch upper hip and 44 inch lower hip naturally. I had to size up from my normal size so the chest is a bit bigger than I would like but not so much so that I can't wear it. I'd also like to point out that after a few uses it does start to lose its shape but that may be because I tighten it a bit more than intended for a cheap corset. That brings me to my next point. For a very cheap corset I am very impressed at its appearance and structure. It is very nice for a short term and even after it stretches a bit I can still wear it. It's not bad for a cheaper corset and I can use it for cosplay as well as occasional normal wear. The material is also pretty nice, not at all ichy or painful. If you figure the right technique for your body, it's very easy to put on and tighten. Again, the appearance is impressive. It looks nice design wise. Over all I'd definitely say if you can't get a really expensive corset but want something similar or if you need a cheap corset for a cosplay or costume I say go for it. To me, it's better than what I expected for the price.

The material is great quality. I don’t think it is true to size. I am normally a small, and I would think that this would be able to be closed in the back on me but not at all. I returned the small and got a medium and I still have to loosen the back ribbons to where the fabric in the back doesn’t meet eachother (just barely but still) so I would definitely size up atleast 1 size. It is a very pretty design on the fabric. Metal clasps in front are honestly so hard to get clasped. Do not plan on taking this bad boy off after you’ve finally gotten it on. It’s a shame how hard it is to get on, because it is beautiful. The boning seems to be of good quality.

For my Black Swan Halloween costume, this Women's Lace Up Boned Overbust Corset Bustier Lingerie Bodyshaper Top was ideal. The rounded heads of the metal button-like pegs on the front slide perfectly into the matching metal loops. In the loop, the pegs slide into the side with the bigger aperture first, and then to the side with the smaller opening. The corset cannot be unbuttoned unless it tears since it is taut and not loose. This bustier's craftsmanship and quality make it unlikely to tear. Even people with short torsos and minimal waistlines can get the trendy cinched or snatched look by pulling the looped ties on either side in the back. I pulled as hard as I could, taking my foot to keep her body from moving in my direction. I then secured it in a bow, which remained in place all night long without coming loose or untied. It endured hours of dancing and perspiration. There are no cups for your boobs to sit in, the corset just smashes everything in and up if you prefer. We used boob tape which also held up strong all night. With the tape holding them up and covering the nipple, no need to worry about being exposed if one of the girls spills out over the top. Outstanding quality with this corset!

Very pretty…love the details and overall fit. True to size. Perfect for a Repunzel look! The ribbons for the corset were very long and connected in a loop. We chose to cut in two and trim up so they didn’t hang too low. It was helpful to have an extra set of hands to help tighten in the right spots to create a snug fit.

Runs small size up one size other than that great product.

I absolutely love this corset top! It arrived within a week instead of the expect 1.5 month long wait which was a very pleasant surprise. The quality is amazing especially for the price and through following the size chart, my corset fits me perfectly. Overall a really good purchase and I've already ordered another one in a different colour!
