12inch not 16inch and not assembled without catalog
I received the bike but it was not 16 inch as mentioned in the AD Also the box was open before and the stickers was already used on the bike And also its not assembled and there is no catalog So how we supposed to assemble it Not recommend to buy

Product is good but not assembled and no drawing available for assembly
This kids cycle came without any drawing for assembly. So it remain hard for assembly.for me it took 2 days to assemble & visited cycle shop to adjust the brakes.

Good quality item and kindest staff.
It was a gift for my niece in dubai. My cousin said the staff were very nice to her and they even delivered the item earlier than the delivery date. Very helpful and kind. The item is in good condition and good quality as well. Highly recommend.

Good product, But fixing requires time
Product is Good. Only thing is it was not ready to use. Fixing is not easy, specially, if you have don’t have tools. I would recommend once you receive take the box to any cycle shop. They can fix it accurately.
