Personally no jitteriness or crashing!
Works great for me! Been using it for 15+ years!! I don’t get jittery but in fairness I hv friends that do. Prob my fav energy shot.

It WORKS!!!
I use 5 Hour Energy because it's the only energy shot that actually works for me. When I first started using it, I drank it a little sip at a time because I didn't like the taste of the flavor I sampled. I kept waiting to "feel" a boost of energy but didn't notice anything until I got to the gym and started working out. Without realizing it, I was working harder and longer than usual, and didn't feel ready to quit. 2 hours later, I realized it must have been due to 5 Hour Energy! I bought a few more in the grape flavor and put them in the fridge until the next day. I drank one in the morning, slowly again, but noticed it tasted so much BETTER cold. I breezed through the day without feeling the afternoon slump and that was when I figured out how 5 Hour worked.... at least for me. Refrigerate, drink slowly, and feel invigorated without the JOLT, WITHOUT the shakes, and when it wears off, NO SUDDEN FATIGUE! FAN-tastic! And that's what I am...a FAN!!

I live off of these things
Every morning when I get up, these are part of my breakfast ritual. I love the tart grape flavor. I don't drink coffee so these seem to provide the perfect pick-me-up. I don't usually need them in the afternoons, I guess I'm too busy to feel tired then. But in the mornings or on long drives, I find them the perfect solution. I am borderline diabetic and I took one to my General Practitioner and he gave it the thumbs up for me. If you have any medical conditions I suggest you take one of the bottles to your Dr to get his opinion as with any other supplement you may be taking.

A Good Shot of Energy!
The stuff works - especially if you are NOT a caffeine junky. I personally noticed that if you use these frequently their efficacy seems to wane a great deal. But, if you use them infrequently it can be a huge energy boost. Flavor is always a personal thing, but for me the grape (while not good) is the most palatable of all of the flavors I have tried.
