These are sturdy chairs made of high quality material. They went together easily; I'm 68 years old and put them together myself. Love the light grey color for my patio.

Oct 2025 update - Since first purchasing two Adirondack chairs in 2021 I've built my collection of YEFU furniture to 7 chairs, 4 side tables, and the ottoman footrest, all by my fire pit. I LOVE this furniture. I don't cover the pieces in the winter and they've held for years now. This summer I examined the screws and with a couple exceptions that needed tightening things hold up really well. Last summer I power washed them to make them shiny clean (again, I don't cover them in the winter or put them away - they're right out there getting leaves and snow on them over the seasons). Then this summer one of my son's friends was in a chair and pulled it forward, leaning on two legs, and one piece got a stress fracture. It's not real wood, and I was not comfortable attempting to repair it, but I emailed the company and explained I needed to purchase a replacement piece. They shipped it to me for free and since the furniture is easily pieced together I was able to swap the damaged piece. Highly recommended!

I finally got to assemble the 2 chairs I had ordered. Like most products made in China, I thought it would be a mediocre item. Well, to my great surprise, this chair was not only very well packed, but the quality appears to be excellent. However, only time will provide the last ratings. The instructions were very clear and simple to follow. The assembly took me about 1 hr with 1st one; 45 min with the 2nd one. It was not bad at all, as I was doing it alone and I am kind of slow. Other that that, I was very impressed with them. They are very sturdy and well made. Nonetheless, esposure to the elements will dictate its durability. So far I am very happy with the this purchase.

Initial impressions were decent. I was skeptical due to the price, but the one chair I assembled so far seems pretty solid. A few of the cut edges are a bit rough and need sanding, especially on the pieces you need to attach. I would strongly advise to have your own (buy/borrow) 5 mm Allen wrench to tighten the bolts because the included one was junk and not big enough. It was not a snug fit in the bolt and felt like it was going to strip the bolt head. Make sure you only finger tighten the bolts on either side of the front legs and then tighten them fully once the whole chair is assembled or it won't sit perfectly flat. Probably not a big deal if you're on grass or dirt, but just FYI. I was initially thinking I assembled something wrong due to the large gap at the back where the arms attach to the seat back (see pic), but no everything was correct. You just have to crank the bolts down tight to get the arms to pull in enough, which didn't seem right because it's twisting the front legs when you do that, but I guess that's just how it is. (Still seems odd.) Overall it's a decent chair for the price. It's definitely not polywood quality, but that's why it's 1/3 the price. ***Update, a year later*** The chairs have held up fairly well. I live in the south so they're outside all year. (Actually got snow this year though.) The arms are all warping a bit and water puddles in the middle of each arm. Yes, they're plastic and they'll be here for 10,000 years, but given how they look a year later, I'd be surprised if I get more than 3 years out of them. Still, a decent budget option. Polywood will last a lifetime but you pay dearly for it up front. Maybe in a couple years the boss won't like blue chairs anymore anyway. 😉 Be sure to check and tighten the bolts occasionally. This makes a big difference and will extend their life.

This is a great chair! I can’t recommend it enough. The material is VERY durable and it was easy to assemble.
