It's hard for a company to live up to expectations when they're selling you a ~$200 pillow. Well, Lincove has succeeded in doing just that. I've purchased three of these pillows already, since everyone I seem to tell, either goes out and buys one, or asks me to purchase one for them. (Yes, they do still pay for the pillow even when I order it for them.) I've researched down pillows (real goose down, and as close to 100% goose down stuffing as I could find, (not feather, not duck)) for a long, long time. I finally settled on this 100% Canadian Down Filled Signature Pillow by Lincove and placed it on my wish list over 9 months ago. In all of that time, I have not found another pillow that compared in both quality and price. I finally purchased this pillow last month and could not be happier! It is certainly worth the price to me. It has given me some of the best quality sleep that I've had since I was a kid. My head is very sensitive to any amount of pressure and I am prone to headaches when lying on anything other than one (or two) of my three down pillows that I've had for almost 20 years. After 20 years my old pillows were flat and offered no support whatsoever. I was very surprised with the amount of support and the loft that my new Lincove Signature Pillow provided. All without sacrificing that wonderful, floating on a cloud-like feeling, that is so hard to find. These pillows are so soft and comfortable. They're filled with a generous amount of 100% Heterite Canadian goose down and wrapped in a quality cover. They are never vacuum-sealed; and even shipped in durable bags inside of an over-sized box so the pillow is fluffy and ready to use as soon as you get it. As nice as these pillows are, the very best part is the company who makes them. I've spoken with the sellers numerous times for questions or information and they are extremely kind and helpful people. They genuinely care about the quality of the products they make and the satisfaction of their customers. Believe me, they are very easy to deal with, and if you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, they'll fix it, even if it means refunding your purchase. So you really have nothing to lose.

After researching down feather pillows, I decided on the Lincove 100% Cotton White Canadian Goose Down Signature pillows because Canadian Goose Down is considered the best. I also wanted 100% cotton covers so I could avoid any negative affects from synthetic materials like polyester. These pillows from Lincove fit my criteria. They do cost more than regular pillows but considering that good sleep is vital to our health and typically people spend 1/3 of their lives asleep, I felt like they were well worth it. So I bought two as a gift to myself. Bonus!! I didn’t realize until after I opened them that they are also oEKO-TEX tested, which means they have been tested to ensure there are no harmful substances in them! The pillows arrived beautifully packaged! The box arrived in great condition. When I carefully opened the box, I saw that the pillows were thoughtfully wrapped in a sheet of tissue which made it feel even more like a present, which it was for me. A sticker with Lincove’s customer service number was on the tissue. It said if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact them directly and they listed their phone number. Each pillow was also in its own non-plastic, white zippered dust cover with soft, white rope handles. These pillows are really thick (~9.5” thick) and firm, yet soft. I realized after I had received them that I had accidentally purchased the firm pillows instead of the medium or soft ones. Instead of simply clicking the exchange button on Amazon, I decided to call Lincove’s customer service directly, per their request on the sticker that was on the tissue, because I found out that when you return or exchange some items to Amazon, they don’t necessarily get sent back to the company to be resold as new, but in bundles as used, so I wanted to be considerate of this company, especially since it was my mistake. Lincove has excellent customer service! Christine at Lincove Customer Service was very polite and very helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations! I am extremely happy that I called them directly! I absolutely LOVE these pillows! They are the finest quality 100% cotton White Canadian Goose Down pillows I could find and I know I’ll be enjoying them for years to come. I channeled my inner Goldilocks for quite a while looking for the perfect pillows to help with shoulder and neck pain (thanks aging). After many not quite right or downright awful pillows I decided to splurge and get real down pillows. Research brought me to Lincove. Right out of the box these pillows are incredible. The packaging is first class and the pillows are immediately ready to go. Just give them a little fluff and that's it. No waiting for compressed pillows to fluff up and no plastic wrapping with lingering plastic smell. I was so happy with this purchase I bought their lightweight down comforter to make my bed the coziest haven. As a side/back sleeper I got the firm pillows and morning one my shoulder pain was gone. After more than a month I still had some neck pain though. The pillows are wonderful but the firm were just a bit too firm for me. I contacted Lincove directly and got the best customer service ever from Shannon. Shannon responded immediately and got me an exchange for the medium weight pillows which were shipped out faster than expected. Then she went above and beyond and told me I could keep the firm pillows and donate or give them to friends or family. What company gives such amazing customer service these days??? If you have any issues or questions about their products I highly recommend reaching out directly to Lincove's customer service. Now that I have the medium pillows my neck pain is also gone. If you are a side/back sleeper and want a fluffier pillow to sink into (but doesn't get flat) I suggest going with the medium weight. After years of looking I finally found the pillows that are just right. Lincove gets 5 stars for the pillows and another 5 stars for customer service.

This is an excellent quality down pillow. It's 100% down fill. I ordered the soft and it is true to being soft. The only issue is there's too much fill. When you lay your head on the pillow it sinks to a good softness but because there's so much fill the sides push up too high, making it uncomfortable. I hated to return it but it was too uncomfortable.

I bought this pillow originally bc the down pillow I have always used was double the price at the time I needed a new pillow. That pillow had lasted me over two years. When I received this pillow I didn’t open the box and begin using the pillow until about two months after I purchased it. The first week was lovely. Soft but full. Every week there after the pillow became more compacted and hard. at this point it’s like I’m sleeping on a bag of sand. It’s so uncomfortable that I purchase the pillow I used to have and justified the price bc it lasted me so long. The one that I purchased on Amazon is horrible. Never again.

Love this pillow, and the customer support is excellent. I am a side/back/occasional stomach sleeper and ordered the "soft" fill. I loved the feel of the pillow but was wanting a bit more fill. I emailed support, and they quickly got me a medium fill pillow. It is perfect for me. My wife loves the pillow so much I think I'll be making another purchase here soon. The customer support is just great for this company and it makes me have confidence to keep ordering from them in the future. For those on the fence of "soft" over "medium", I found the soft to lay pretty flat once you've laid on it quite a bit. For a dedicated stomach sleeper, this is probably the perfect pillow. Since I am a side/back sleeper most the night, I found the medium fill to be a better fit for me, and its still pretty comfortable if I flip over to my stomach for a bit.

Pair of Signature queen pillows (firm) arrived promptly in nicely packaged container, each pillow even in its own cloth bag. New protectors applied along with cases, I was ready to try them. Afraid at first they were too firm, after a couple nights they became quite comfortable. But they have a peculiar odor, which has lingered for over two weeks. A question regarding this issue on company website chat link was not answered. A phone call is next. Follow up: During a call to Signature on a Friday, I was told, someone who could better address my issue would call me back on Monday. Never happened. And now a week later, I’ve decided to drop it. The odor is still there, and whether it’s from the goose down itself or the cleaning process used in manufacturing, I’ll never know. The smell has diminished, and I hope over time it will completely dissipate. I do like the pillows’ comfort and quality, and a tiny drop or two of lavender oil on the pillow case masks that odor.
