This really is a good rice blend with lentils ~! It's a nice soft texture and flavorful ~! Also, it has 6 grams of protein which is really an excellent amount too ~!

I love ancient grain and I couldn't find it anywhere so I ordered it through Amazon. I love the taste and everything but I realized it is very expensive. it was 3 tiny bags for the price.

Oh my gosh! Soooo good
This blend is spectacular. I added golden raisins, toasted pecans, fresh ground black pepper, a bit of salt, a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes and a little blue agave for a touch if sweetness. It’s great served warm or as a cold salad. You could also add some shredded carrots for a bit of extra crunch but it’s nice and chewy and nutty as is.
