I’ve only been using this product for 2-3 weeks at my desk. I gently took the charger out of my laptop (probably the 3rd time of doing so) and the charging pin just fell off...what the! Terrible quality!

We had two non working laptops. I bought one charger which worked on both, so I then bought a second one which fixed both laptops. We did not know what was wrong, the charger was the cheapest option and we both got lucky. If we had took them to be repaired it would have cost more. This option was best for us and we are now ok.

Price performance ratio great.Quality is impeccable.Thanks to the various adapters, it is almost possible to supply almost any device with power.Thanks to the switch, the desired voltage can be set quickly.Thanks to the universal power supply, I have already been able to bring several older devices back to life where the original power supply was no longer available.

The Charger is fine. Works perfectly the only issue is that the cable comes without fuse so doesn't work straight away. You need to buy a 13A fuse and that insert the fuse inside the plug. Waste of time if you don't know and you need to use the charge straight after arrive.

We had a charger blow on one of our laptops at a show, it was ordered and delivered the next day, it worked so we were able to get on with the job.
