With children in school and daycare, we get a lot of colds in our house and go through a lot of Delsym. Lately, it’s been a bit harder to get so I decided to try this instead. The taste is a bit off but still the closest “off brand” we could find in the orange flavoring that tastes like the name brand (some store brands taste just awful!). No complaints on the effectiveness as the active ingredients are the same.

Just like what I would buy at CVS. Bought a bunch of Amazon meds to stock before new baby and for the big kid. Big kid never complains about the taste atleast.
